Fue una estancia muy agradable, la casa queda en una zona privada y de fácil acceso, perfecta para descansar del ruido de la ciudad, la zona es totalmente segura, definitivamente volveríamos a ir, recomendada 100%

We loved this house! Very private. Not completely necessary but it would be best if you have a truck since it’s a rough gravel/dirt road to the house. Also it states it’s waterfront but I did not see any water besides a muddy puddle? 🤷🏻♀️ it was close enough to drive to the beach though so it was very convenient. About 10 mins maybe to drive into town then walk to the beach

Excellent stay. This was my favorite stay in Nicaragua. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near San Juan but away from the noise of the city. The house was clean and beautiful.
