What a beautiful home and view! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I can’t imagine a better place to see views of Costa Rica from! We are so grateful to the concierge team for all the recommendations and everything they arranged for us! We will absolutely be back!!

Stayed here for wife's 50th with 8 of us altogether. House was great, clean and exactly what we expected. Our concierge, Josue, was awesome! He helped coordinate golf carts, activity reservations, and was always responsive to our needs before and during the trip.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Very comfortable beds and the house had everything we needed. Walkable to beaches and downtown. Josue was extremely helpful in making our trip as easy as possible. The house cleaner cleaned while we were at the beach club, both were appreciated!

The pace was amazing! Really gorgeous views. And it came with Josue, our concierge. He was very helpful and friendly. helped to set us up with some golf carts right from the start, and also coordinated a boat trip to the estuary, and a great family photo shoot at the beach. Thank you Josue! The house is very spacious, and each of the four main rooms has their own beautiful bathroom. The views are amazing and the place was very secure and private. Loved it!

This place was a dream stay for our big family of 13 vacation. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like in real life. The space is big, bright, and clean. The bedrooms each have a full bathroom with plenty of space. The living area was plenty big enough for all of us to eat together for meals, and the outdoor patio and pool kept all the kids and cousins busy. The views from the house are gorgeous, and waking up to the sound of howler monkeys and tons of birds was so cool. The location is also awesome. Just a little way outside the super busy tamarindo tourist area, in a gated community, only a short walk or golf cart ride to the langosta beach club, grocery store, or restaurants. Josue, our concierge, was fabulous. He met with me to help make plans for our trip, made recommendations, booked transportation and tours for us, and answered tons of questions. It was like having a local friend who can recommend the good spots. We would 100% return and recommend it to others.

The TLV team was amazing during our entire visit. The concierge was waiting at the home when our airport shuttle arrived (which they also helped us arrange) and were available for any questions or help that we needed at any time. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Beautiful home in a gated neighborhood right near langosta beach (smaller/quieter than tamarindo beach). Two master bed rooms upstairs with their own en suites, two more bedrooms downstairs with two queens and also their own en-suites. Small room w a trundle twin bed upstairs as well that would work for a kid or two. Small pool on a beautiful patio that looks out on the sunrise. Small roof top space from which you can watch the sun set. Must have a gas powered golf cart to get to the house (steep hill), and via golf cart its about a 5min ride to the main part of town. We didnt really care for the beach club but the food is good and you only have to spend $200 in food drinks to use the cabanas. We liked tamarindo beach the best as it has umbrellas/chairs/bars/restaurants which langosta did not. They also cleaned the house every 2 days which was nice. 2 washers/dryers, grill, dishwasher, blow dryers/shampoo/conditioner in each room. Overall, awesome experience!

Was a great spot my bridesmaids loved the location and we felt incredibly safe.
