Comfortable and with a lot of privacy

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But what truly made this experience special was our host.

He helped us with so many things, was incredibly helpful, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. His kindness and support made a huge difference.

Without a doubt, he is the best host I have had so far on Airbnb. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Apartment was super spacious and clean. Location was in the heart of the beach strip, 5 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants and bars. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Joe was a wonderful host, and the apartment was fantastic—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Plus, it’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach, which made the location perfect.

Joe’s place is absolutely perfect. The location could not have been more convenient. Steps away from great restaurants and nightlife, and extremely short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, along with an incredible view. The balcony is huge and the place spacious and comfortable! Beds were also so comfy with plenty of extra linens and towels. Joe was so helpful with recommending a transportation company for our airport travel and excursions. Joe was also so communicative when we had questions, or if there was anything particular we needed to know. Great place, great location, great host. Would stay again, 100%!

Great place at all levels! If you're looking for the perfect location, this is it. The host is a true professional—very responsive and attentive. Regarding the noise: yes, there's some music audible at night, but the windows do a great job of isolating it. It’s a minor trade-off for being steps away from the best spots in town.

Location!!!! Close to everything. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful spot, much larger than the pictures show. Easy check in and check out. Beautiful sunrise. Was perfect for our stay, we will most definitely be back. Thanks Joe!

We really liked Joe's place, very nice, clean and spacious, we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the afternoon and seeing all of Tamarindo from the tranquility of this place. The armchairs in the living room are very comfortable and the rooms are very tidy.

We had a great and very comfortable stay. The place was very clean, had everything we need and beautifully furnished. Loved the view from the balcony. The filtered water in the kitchen sink and the in the refrigerator dispenser were a plus. We'll surely revisit.

Great place

Good spot to walk everywhere in tamarindo and the beach! Great space for a group of people. Nice home in general that felt very safe the whole time. Loved having security 24/7. Only downside was the consistent nightly club music playing late into each night that for us wasn’t a major issue but we would’ve rather not heard it each night when going to bed. Other than that aspect, balcony was nice as well as the private pool ◡̈
