We had a lovely stay at Scott's place. The city view is very beautiful, and the pool is impeccable. Several cafés and a supermarket are close to the accommodation.

Great place to stay, close enough to walk to town but far enough to relax. Place has everything you need to feel at home.

The view is phenomenal, just need the neighbors and them to cut a few trees to have the perfect view of the whole bay and town. The fridge was brand new, so that was a nice touch.

The house provided the conditions I was looking for to share with my family, privacy, comfort, security and areas to have a great time, highly recommended, we will surely return soon.

It was an amazing stay close to everything. The place was well maintained and impeccable.

A short walk to the city!

A good hill to climb on foot but it allows you to get some exercise during the holidays! We loved it!

Our stay at Scott’s casa rústica was nothing short of amazing! Tucked away in a private and peaceful location, the home was incredibly clean, cozy, and inviting from the moment we arrived. Scott and his team were exceptionally professional and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel at home.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy and convenient to cook meals during our stay. We were especially grateful for the hot running water and cold AC, which made our time there all the more comfortable.

Each room in the house had its own unique charm and personality, creating a warm atmosphere that made each guest feel special and welcomed. The house was very spacious and beautifully maintained—we truly enjoyed every corner of it.

Scott went above and beyond for my family, handling every detail with thoughtfulness and care. He was also incredibly accommodating, helping us pull off a last-minute vacation by ensuring home was ready on time.

The place was fantastic. Very comfortable beds, the place was clean, hot showers, great AC, great pool with a beautiful view. Loved our stay!

Pros: Beautiful location (albeit, up a very steep hill), incredible views, clean, comfy beds, pool was great, air conditioning in the bedrooms was fabulous, water in kitchen and bathrooms was very hot. Claudia, the local property manager, was quick to respond and helpful. Close and walkable to the town center, where there are many restaurants and shops.

Cons: The house setup was a bit unclear in the listing and it turns out that the three bedrooms open to outside. At night, this requires you to essentially 'lock yourself in'. This is totally fine for adults, but not a great setup for kids. We were travelling with kids ages 11 and 13, and if they were any younger, we would have had to split them to sleep with parents. The initial communication was also a bit bumpy, so make sure you have Whatsap set up , as this is the primary way the property manager will get in touch.

All in all a great stay!

We had a great two nights. Adopted a stay cat (we named her 'Margot') which kept the kids entertained. Our kids hope future guests will also adopt this little beauty 😉

Scott’s property was a great find for our trip to San Juan. It worked well for our group of 5 with the independent bedrooms and a nice living area. The pool was also great for freshening up when the day got warm. Claudia was also very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Our original AIR BNB was not functional so we reached out to Scott and he was able to get us in to his place that same day. We were VERY THANKFUL. The location was a quick walk to town and great resturants. Claudia the on site manager was extremely kind and helpful. The pool and views were amazing. We loved out stay!
