The Space
This recently constructed modern home is designed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable family vacation. Featuring contemporary design and appliances, the property is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay.
The living area includes central air conditioning, an automatic backup generator, and a security system to enhance your comfort and safety.
Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Due to the high electricity costs in Nicaragua, the rental includes 40 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity per day, which is sufficient for most guests. Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when not in use to conserve energy.
The private pool is exclusively for your use and is not shared with other guests.
Five gallons of drinking water are provided per reservation. The tap water comes from a well and is suitable for washing and bathing but should not be consumed.
A barbecue grill is available, and the staff can assist with its operation. Basic cooking essentials are also supplied.
Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer, and the housekeeper offers laundry services for $5 per load.
Electricity Policy
Electricity in Nicaragua is costly. For short-term rentals, 40 kWh per day is included in the price. Any usage beyond this limit will be charged at $0.50 per kWh. For stays longer than one month, electricity is not included in the rental price, and all consumption is billed at $0.50 per kWh.
Typical electricity consumption ranges from 15 to 35 kWh daily. To help keep rental costs reasonable, guests are asked to be mindful of their electricity use by turning off air conditioning and other appliances when not needed.
Additional Information
Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign an agreement acknowledging responsibility for electricity charges exceeding the included amount and for any damages to the property. A $200 damage deposit is also required.

This place was great! It was far enough from town that you felt in a very private, calm setting with a great view but close enough so that it is only a short drive away from the town and beaches! Host is very communicative as well in case you need anything but she has all you need in this beautiful home.

Denise was a great host! The property was gorgeous, the house was clean as can be and her team went out of their way to make things more convenient for us during our stay. I would happily stay there again :)
