The space Casa Blanca is a one-of-a-kind house in San Jose Del Cabo, with a character that is unique to San Jose. The main level is the heart of the house with an enormous great room that has 12' vaulted ceilings and additional 35' atrium. Each of the four master suites has its own en-suite baths and its own walkout patio. Each bedroom has a TV with Chromecast so you can stream your own shows. Above the pool area, there is an additional patio that has wonderful views of the golf course, and the rising or setting sun. A perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day or coffee in the morning. The kitchen and dining room are designed for entertaining guests. Designed by a chef, both the kitchen and the dining room are perfect entertaining whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Casa Blanca's privacy is complete with parking and an electronic gate, so you feel both safe and secluded. The pool and garden are perfect for relaxing. Enjoy lounging by the pool or reading a book in the shade. Float in the 40,000-gallon pool which is 12ft at it's deepest. Guest access Perfectly located in the heart of the Hotel Zone with public Beach access (400 yards away) for walks on the beach, the estuary, or visit the nesting turtles when in season. Less than 10 minutes walk away from historical centro district where San Jose's art galleries, art walk, and restaurants entice your senses. Your choice of tamales or fine dining on the square. The famous Art Walk on Thursday nights beckon you to wander the art district and view the local galleries while sipping local tequila, or wine while appreciating the beauty of local culture. Wander around and finish the evening off with a great meal. The East Cape on the Sea of Cortez offers miles of white sand and empty beaches. A 25-minute drive to Cabo San Lucas shares a different kind of Baja experience. Nice for a visit, or shopping, enjoy the marina or the nightlife. If you go past San Lucas and up the Pacific side of Baja you will come to Todo Santos, a small community with beautiful organic farms and surf beaches.
