The Space

Casa Blanca offers 6,000 square feet of luxurious living space, located within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and historic downtown San Jose del Cabo. Situated on the 5th tee of the Vidanta Golf Course, the home provides breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Children will enjoy either the beach or the 40,000-gallon pool and jacuzzi, ideal for those who prefer to avoid sand.

The main level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a vast great room with 12-foot vaulted ceilings and a 35-foot atrium. There are four master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private walkout patio. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV and Chromecast, allowing guests to stream their favorite shows.

Above the pool area, an additional patio offers stunning views of the golf course and the rising or setting sun, making it an excellent spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen and dining room are designed for entertaining, created by a chef to accommodate meals at any time of day.

Privacy is ensured with secure parking and an electronic gate, providing a safe and secluded environment. The pool and garden area are perfect for relaxation, whether lounging poolside or reading in the shade. The pool reaches a depth of 12 feet at its deepest point.

Additional Information

The pool is not heated by default, as it is generally unnecessary. However, heating can be arranged upon request before arrival. There is a minimum three-day consecutive heating requirement at a rate of $80 per day, payable locally to the property manager upon arrival.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the pool and hot tub.

Casa Blanca is ideally positioned in the heart of the Hotel Zone, just 400 yards from public beach access. Guests can enjoy beach walks, explore the estuary, or observe nesting turtles during the season.

The historic centro district is less than a 10-minute walk away, offering art galleries, the famous Thursday night Art Walk, and a variety of restaurants ranging from casual tamales to fine dining. The Art Walk invites visitors to experience local galleries while enjoying tequila or wine and the vibrant culture.

The East Cape along the Sea of Cortez features miles of pristine white sand and secluded beaches. Cabo San Lucas, a 25-minute drive away, offers a contrasting Baja experience with shopping, marina activities, and nightlife. Beyond San Lucas, the Pacific side of Baja leads to Todos Santos, a charming community known for organic farms and surf beaches.

Pamilla Beach, open to the public, is just a five-minute drive from the property.
