• Administrative fees for bracelets:
  • Seniors over 12 years: $500 MXN per person, includes a $250 MXN food and beverage coupon
  • Children 6 to 12 years: $250 MXN per person, includes a $125 MXN coupon
  • Children 5 years and under enter free
• Maximum of 8 bracelets included with reservation; additional bracelets available for $250 MXN plus VAT each
• Bracelet fees are separate from Grand Mayan charges and are purchased through the host

Additional Information

• The apartment is located on the second floor; the building does not have an elevator.
• A refundable cash deposit of $2,000 MXN is required, which is lower than other deposits in Mayan Lakes. This deposit is fully returned if there are no fines or damages to the condominium or apartment.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people plus 1 baby under 2 years old. Children over 2 years count as an adult. Exceeding the guest limit will result in denied access to the condominium. Visits that cause the maximum occupancy to be exceeded are not permitted.
• The single-bed room was originally a service room adapted for guest use.
• Normal wear and tear may cause some stains on furniture, bedding, and walls. Professional cleaning and periodic repainting are performed to maintain the apartment in good condition. Despite thorough cleaning before each guest's arrival, some minor stains may remain.
• A travel crib is available for $199 MXN plus VAT for the entire stay, subject to availability (usually available).
• Pools may occasionally close without prior notice for maintenance, typically due to heavy rain or unforeseen events; this is rare and happens about once or twice per year.
• Washer and dryer are available only for stays longer than five nights and must be requested.
• The apartment does not provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil, or bottled water to reduce waste and environmental impact. This policy also helps keep rental prices competitive.
