I am not sure there are words to describe how we felt. AMAZING is basically the feedback I got from the whole group. Beautiful, spotless, close to everything and lots of Pickleball. If you want to visit a special place, this is it.

We were a large group which can be challenging. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Adults and teenagers both had a great time. Highly recommend!

Had a nice stay here in Tamarindo. The entire place was very clean and it was great to have a bar on-site with snacks and drinks in case you didn't want to venture onto the main road (about a 10-minute walk). All of the staff were so friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We had a group of 13 and booked the entire villa. While we were aware that there was a tennis club on site, we were not aware that all tennis players have to walk through the main sitting and pool area of the villa to get to the courts. Tennis ran from 8am-8pm every day, and at times could be very loud. Although the pool was advertised as private, there were times when families would be swimming when we were hanging out. If you're looking for a lot of privacy for a large group, I would personally not recommend this spot. If you are renting a room or two, this is a great, safe spot in Tamarindo!

Oliver's place was incredible, we had the best time! The rooms were well-appointed and enjoyable. We booked the entire place and enjoyed hanging out in the courtyard during the evenings. During the day the place had a nice buzz with people using the tennis club, which we liked and had some fun conversations. The staff was so nice and responsive. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the location for the space was really good. We would 100% stay here again.

This property was so great! The owners Oliver and Emilie as well as the staff were so great during out 9 day stay. The location really is a hidden gem. There were a few pickle ball tournaments while we were there and very fun to watch and interact with. We rented out the whole property but they still run the tennis club till 8pm so there are people going in and out of the property. We never felt unsafe or that our person space was compromised. The property is so quite at night you can hear the waves. I cant wait to come back here!

Great place, great host and staff. The home is an active tennis club so there were quite a few people walking in and out of the compound - got me by a little surprise as I didn’t expect with the number of people using the property’s facilities that much.

The location of the property is close to town and we were able to walk to most nearby attractions quickly- close to restaurants, tourist buses, the beach, shopping, pharmacy, and supermarket- we rarely needed a car or transportation. The property itself is located on site of a tennis and pickleball club, so while we had the property to ourselves, there were frequent visitors coming and going to play on the court. This didn't bother us at all, but for someone looking for complete privacy, might want to reconsider this. 10 friends and I rented the entire property aside from one of the rooms. There was 1 King Suite with couch, 3 Kings with personal bathrooms, and a Queen Suite with an additional bedroom attached with 2 single beds (probably for kids). I will say that the single room was never disclosed as being attached to the Queen Suite so when we discovered the 2 of my friends had to share the Queen Suite with a couple in our group, this was a little off putting. Luckily, we all knew each other so it didn't bother us too much. Oliver and Emilie were extremely communicative and flexible. My group was there for a festival that ultimately got canceled so we ended up spending more time on the property than we had planned to. Emilie had messaged us a day before we arrived to let us know the pool was broken and that they were doing their best to fix the leak quickly. She compensated my group with free breakfast and within two days, she had the pool fixed so we could enjoy it. Breakfast is otherwise offered for $10 and can be ordered between 7:30am-9am. (P.S. the pancakes were unbelievable) All in all, the value and location- quick communication from the hosts made this an incredible stay. Thank you for the hospitality!
