Quinta Cocibolca is a unique place just 20 minutes from downtown Granada, totally isolated from the routine and bustle of the city. The space The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have a shared bathroom, the rest have their own private bathroom. It also has a living room, dining room, kitchen, covered terrace, open terrace, large patio with barbecue area, large parking and a rustic pool, which has no filter or ball, it is cleaned in the traditional way, so we ask our guests to have good hygiene habits. For each reservation, the pool is cleaned and filled with new water. When guests leave, it is emptied and cleaned again for the next guests. ## The Space

Quinta Cocibolca is a distinctive retreat located just 20 minutes from downtown Granada, offering complete seclusion from the city's noise and daily routine. This enchanting spot provides a close connection to nature, surrounded by gentle lake breezes and lush local vegetation. Positioned directly on the shore, guests can enjoy tranquil moments and breathtaking views of the majestic Lake Nicaragua.

The villa features five bedrooms. Two of these share a bathroom, while the remaining three each have their own private bathroom. The living areas include a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Outdoor spaces consist of a covered terrace, an open terrace, and a spacious patio equipped with a barbecue area. There is ample parking available.

A rustic pool is also on the property. It does not have a filtration system or pool ball and is maintained using traditional cleaning methods. Guests are kindly asked to maintain good hygiene habits while using the pool. The pool is thoroughly cleaned and refilled with fresh water for each reservation. After guests depart, it is emptied and cleaned again in preparation for the next visitors.

## Guest Access

Guests have unrestricted access to the entire property, both indoors and outdoors. They can also enjoy the private lake beach and its surrounding area. The property is not shared with any other tenants.

- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $10 per pet.

For a family of 15 it was very spacious & everyone had their place to sleep.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carlos’s place the location was perfect the view was amazing this house exceeded all my expectations the home was sparkling clean,beautifully decorated,and had all the amenities we needed,including incredibly confortable beds and fast WiFi.Ana,was a wonderful host super responsive highly recommended to anyone visiting Granada

The place was more than excellent, a really nice location, and a superbly equipped house. It was definitely worth the cost. There is a young man who looks after the house and is always available and very helpful; he was very kind! The house was spotless, as was the pool, and Ana was very friendly the whole time and available via cell phone!<br/>Just as a constructive suggestion, although the girl who hands over the house isn't directly “obnoxious,” her attitude could be improved—perhaps by being a little more friendly when handing over and taking back the house 🥰. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

La casa estaba impecable y la piscina igual, y Ana muy amable todo el tiempo estuvo disponible mediante el celular!.<br/>únicamente como sugerencia constructiva, la chica que entrega la casa aunque no es directamente “odiosa” tiene una actitud que podría mejorar, quizá ser un poco más cordial al entregar y recibir la casa 🥰 de ahí todo perfecto!

The place was not as describe in the pictures. It seems they did not clean throughly the house including bathrooms, the kitchen needs urgent maintenance, bathroom and pool as well. All the fans were dirty, one of the A/C was not working correctly. At the end I paid $360 for a house that is not worthy.

Hello, I'm sorry you didn't have a pleasant stay. Please note that the property is a country house surrounded by green areas and faces the beach. Upon check-in, we hand over the house clean, but due to its location and the wind, it's normal for sand from the beach to get in one way or another. This charge was made because you extended your stay and brought pets, and as specified in the listing, this is an extra charge.
