The Space
Quinta Cocibolca is a distinctive retreat located just 20 minutes from downtown Granada, offering complete seclusion from the city's noise and daily routine. This enchanting spot provides a close connection to nature, surrounded by gentle lake breezes and lush local vegetation. Positioned directly on the shore, guests can enjoy tranquil moments and breathtaking views of the majestic Lake Nicaragua.
The villa features five bedrooms. Two of these share a bathroom, while the remaining three each have their own private bathroom. The living areas include a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Outdoor spaces consist of a covered terrace, an open terrace, and a spacious patio equipped with a barbecue area. There is ample parking available.
A rustic pool is also on the property. It does not have a filtration system or pool ball and is maintained using traditional cleaning methods. Guests are kindly asked to maintain good hygiene habits while using the pool. The pool is thoroughly cleaned and refilled with fresh water for each reservation. After guests depart, it is emptied and cleaned again in preparation for the next visitors.
Guest Access
Guests have unrestricted access to the entire property, both indoors and outdoors. They can also enjoy the private lake beach and its surrounding area. The property is not shared with any other tenants.
Additional Information
- Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $10 per pet.
- Events are permitted with an extra charge, which varies depending on the number of attendees.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. A $50 fine will be applied for violations. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
- Please inform the host in advance of your expected arrival and departure times.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carlos’s place the location was perfect the view was amazing this house exceeded all my expectations the home was sparkling clean,beautifully decorated,and had all the amenities we needed,including incredibly confortable beds and fast WiFi.Ana,was a wonderful host super responsive highly recommended to anyone visiting Granada

El lugar estuvo más que excelente, ubicación super linda, casa super equipada definitivamente valió la pena el costo, hay un joven disponible siempre muy servicial que cuida la casa, fue muy amable! La casa estaba impecable y la piscina igual, y Ana muy amable todo el tiempo estuvo disponible mediante el celular!. únicamente como sugerencia constructiva, la chica que entrega la casa aunque no es directamente “odiosa” tiene una actitud que podría mejorar, quizá ser un poco más cordial al entregar y recibir la casa 🥰 de ahí todo perfecto!

The place was not as describe in the pictures. It seems they did not clean throughly the house including bathrooms, the kitchen needs urgent maintenance, bathroom and pool as well. All the fans were dirty, one of the A/C was not working correctly. At the end I paid $360 for a house that is not worthy.
