Carlos has a beautiful home that is well appointed. He provided many suggestions on beaches, restaurants, and local activities. I would highly recommend staying at his property. He is truly pura vida.

Beautiful place in the heart of the jungle. The house is beautifully designed with spacious common areas and lush tropical surroundings. It’s well isolated from neighbors and the main street and it has everything required to have a great weekend in the Costa Rican Caribbean Coast. The beach is a couple hundred meters away from the place, and Puerto Viejo is pretty close by. The host was nice and responsive.

Beautiful location and gorgeous house! Easy walk to the beach and quick drives to many adventures. Carlos was the best kind of host- warm and responsive and helped us create a trip filled with the best of Punta Uva! We can’t wait to go back.

Carlos was very responsive with our questions and had a lot of great information to offer on the area. He also sent us a list of restaurants, supermarkets, beach and park information. Once we arrived at the house we were greeted by Carlos, and he walked us around the house to get us settled. The house is inside a beautiful little jungle compound with two other homes where Carlos stays. We weren't sure how much we would use the pool, but we did quite often as it is so nice and peaceful outside. We were able to see monkeys and other wildlife from the house. Each of the bedrooms has an AC unit & blackout curtains for comfortable sleeping. It has a full kitchen if you would like to make some of your meals there. The beach is within walking distance or you can drive just a couple of minutes to some really nice spots. Carlos would give us info in the morning on what beach to go to for snorkeling and other activities. The house is perfectly located for that area.

Beautiful house. Excellent host. Great location. Enjoyed the private pool in a jungle setting with macaws flying overhead.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was just like the pictures and perfect for our vacation. Carlos had everything sorted, and it felt super cozy. Thanks for making our trip so memorable!
