This is a beautiful, spacious, well-kept, secure, comfortable home. The downside is the lack of hot water, limited cooling system, and the shower heads. Milagros was very accommodating. Overall, this home is inviting, and the surrounding areas are easily accessible.

This is the second time I've rented this house, I really like the location and the security of the neighborhood. Recommended

Honestly, this house exceeded our expectations. It's private, the place is beautiful and everything was impeccable! The instructions to get there were clear, and the privacy of the place makes you feel comfortable and safe to be there without worries! The first day we arrived we had an electrical problem, as soon as I contacted the owner, I had an immediate response! They came to fix the issue quickly and I'm sure that if I needed anything again, they'd be willing to fix it on the spot. My family and I had an excellent experience at this place and if we visit the city again, we will definitely come back here! Thanks again to Milagros for the excellent service!

Honestamente esta casa superó nuestras expectativas. Es privado, el lugar es precioso y además todo estaba impecable! Las instrucciones fueron claras para llegar, y la privacidad del lugar hace que te sientas cómodo y seguro de estar ahí sin preocupaciones! El primer día que llegamos tuvimos un problema eléctrico, a penas contacte al propietario, tuve una respuesta de inmediato! Llegaron a solucionar el problema rápidamente y estoy segura de que si hubiera necesitado algo nuevamente, ellos estarían dispuestos a solucionarlo en el momento. Mi familia y yo nos llevamos una excelente experiencia de este lugar y si volvemos a visitar la ciudad, es por seguro que volveremos a aquí! Gracias nuevamente a Milagros por la excelente atención!

Was much better than I expected I was scared when we was entering to the neighborhood but when you get there you  feel better, everything was perfect, super clean, secured and everything was great than you so much for having a nite and nice place like that.

Greta place to stay around locals. 1st time in Nicaragua and I was a bit hesitant but it was a great stay it in a a very pvt area Invania was quick w/what ever ?s we had. Locals were great the gate staff were very friendly. Check this place out if you are ever in Managua Nicaragua.
