The Space

Casa Palmas is a beachfront property featuring three bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The largest bedroom includes a king bed and a bathtub, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both of these rooms face the beach. The third bedroom contains a queen bed and a single bed. Each room is equipped with a safe box.

There is also a separate studio apartment upstairs, ideal for two guests. Please inquire if interested.

The living room benefits from a refreshing ocean breeze and offers stunning beach views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove-oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and all necessary appliances.

Guests can enjoy a terrace overlooking the ocean, furnished with a table for seven and a cozy tropical lounge area perfect for aperitifs. On the opposite side of the house, there is a swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden, deck chairs, a lounge, and a barbecue area.

The garden is carefully maintained with various plants and trees that attract local wildlife such as monkeys, butterflies, and birds. Mango trees are abundant, and sightings of monkeys are common.

Location

Casa Palmas is located directly on the beach, with surf breaks right in front of the house. It is a five-minute walk along the beach to the town center, where you will find bars, restaurants, and shops.

Guests can step from the back porch into the water in fewer than 20 steps during high tide.
