The biggest one (King bed), a second room (Queen bed) They're both in front of the beach, the third one has a Queen bed and an individual one. They all have their private bathroom with showers and a bathtub in the biggest one (Master) We also have an extra apartment upstair, perfect for 2 persons. Ask us. The house has air conditioning in every bedroom. You will also gets a beautiful ocean breeze in the living room right in front of the beach. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (stove-oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and microwave) and all necessary appliances. You can enjoy a terrace in front of the ocean, there is a table for 7 as well as a small tropical lounge perfect for aperitifs. On the other side, the swimming pool and its tropical garden, deckchairs and a lounge and barbecue area. We love our garden and do everything we can to plant and care for species of plants or trees that attract monkeys (which you will see, guaranteed because we have a lot of mangoes) butterflies, birds and more if you're lucky! And we would like photos if possible! Cable t.v. and wi-fi, washer, dryer, gardener/pool service, security guard at night are also included. Plus our recommendations for anything you might need. We're living in Tamarindo for years! Guest access Both main house and upstairs studio apartment each have their own private and separate ocean view terraces and beach access, as well as outdoor showers. guests who have cars or golf carts are provided with an automatic gate opener for the private parking area.
