The space ✱ Two spacious, cozy bedrooms accommodating 1 to 4 persons. ✱ The 1st bedroom is on the lower floor and equipped with a King size bed and wooden dressing (2 pers.) ✱ The 2nd bedroom is on the mezzanine upstairs and furnished with a Queen size bed and open-plan dressing (2 pers.). You also have a beautiful view on our palm roof and nature surroundings with our big triangle windows. Green everywhere ! ✱ The bathroom on the lower floor provides a big shower and an open storage for your essentials. Towels will be provided at your arrival. ✱ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make good breakfast, lunch or diner. ✱ The spacious living room has a huge and comfortable sofa. You can fit all together comfortably seated or lying down watching our big flat-screen TV. ✱ Enjoy high-speed Wifi and the convenience of three AC units (living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 2) Guest access The house is located at Playa Guasacate and literally 50 meters from the ocean. Open our wooden gate and get out of the garden, take 3 steps to the right to put your feet into the water. In less than a minute you can be swimming or watching the most incredible sunsets on playa Guasacate. Whether you're an experienced surfer or just looking to catch your first wave, you'll find a lot of surfing options in the area. Depending on the time of the year, you can have waves working very close to the house (5 min walk). Or another option is to walk to the surf spots that work pretty much all year (15-20 min walk on the beach). We are super close to the famous surf spot : Popoyo Beach Break.

The house is situated in Playa Guasacate, just 50 meters from the ocean. Step through the wooden gate, exit the garden, and take only a few steps to place your feet in the water. Within a minute, you can be swimming or enjoying stunning sunsets on Playa Guasacate.

- The area offers excellent surfing opportunities for both beginners and experienced surfers.
- Depending on the season, waves can be found very close to the house, just a five-minute walk away.
- Alternatively, you can walk 15 to 20 minutes along the beach to reach surf spots that work year-round.
