The house is brand new and fully equipped for extended stays. It features a state-of-the-art kitchen, spacious and elegant rooms, a cozy sunken living room, and outdoor spaces that inspire relaxation. Although it feels very private, the property remains conveniently close to town.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property. Upon arrival, you will enter through a beautiful gate and be greeted by sweeping ocean views including Whale Rock.
The front yard offers ample space for outdoor activities. At the back, there is an infinity pool with a spacious deck and an outdoor kitchen. The primary bedroom and bathroom open onto a private teak wood deck, enhancing the connection to the natural surroundings.

Die Villa in Uvita ist modern, wunderschön gestaltet und bietet spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge direkt vom Pool aus – Natur pur inklusive vieler Vögel! Positiv: Als unsere Kaffeemaschine defekt war, wurde sie innerhalb von nur 4 Stunden ersetzt – ein top Service! Die Schlafzimmer sind gut abgedichtet, sodass man dort seine Ruhe hat (nur ein paar nette Geckos). Was man wissen sollte: Das Haus ist durch die offene Glasfront sehr naturnah. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass viele Insekten (auch Riesenheuschrecken) im Wohnraum landen. Wir mussten täglich wischen, da schon bei der Ankunft viele kleine Insekten auf dem Boden lagen. Kritikpunkt: Die Kommunikation war eher reaktiv – wir mussten die Check-in-Infos selbst anfragen und der Empfang vor Ort war eher distanziert. Auch dass der Poolservice unangekündigt zweimal im Garten stand, hat unsere Privatsphäre etwas gestört. Für den hohen Preis hätten wir uns hier etwas mehr Proaktivität und Detailgenauigkeit gewünscht.

Casa Bella Mia is a beautiful property. The place was more than spacious for our party of 5. The location is great! We were able to get things we needed at the BM market less than 5 minutes away, had regular coffee and pastry runs to the Bakery and several great meals at area restaurants. As a home base, we were able to enjoy various excursions and tours in the surrounding area. Coming back to the beautiful outdoor space and pool was the best part. We had a few issues and questions during our stay that were mostly resolved and the co-host Josue was responsive. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful home in the Uvita area with an amazing pool and magical view. Beautiful furnishings throughout the home with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent hours in the pool each day. Close proximity to restaurants, markets and activities.

Casa Bella Mia was the perfect place for our family of 6 to spend our vacation. The outdoor area was much more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and although we didn't do a lot of cooking, it was nice to have such a large kitchen for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The pool was a nice place to cool off after spending our mornings hiking or at the beach. We really enjoyed identifying all of the birds around the property. It felt like we were in a jungle. All in all, a great stay. We would definitely return.

The house was just perfect! We did activities every morning and then returned to relax by the pool. We spent hours floating on our raft and swinging on the swing while enjoying the view! The swing is amazing! The outside is perfect rain or shine. The inside is absolutely stunning too but we spent most of our time by the pool!

The place was truly a pristine and magical. We had a wonderful stay - the home was beautiful - as good as the pictures - and full of wildlife sightings and sounds all around. We had a rental car so it was easy to pop over to Uvita and other beaches and towns close by, and then come home to the perfect place to cook dinners and relax. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Costa Rican oasis!
