The Space
Ballena Bliss is a private residence offering exclusive use of the entire property and swimming pool, with no shared areas. The home is designed to blend indoor and outdoor living seamlessly, especially on the first floor, creating a connected and enjoyable space.
The second floor houses all three bedrooms and features a spacious covered patio with stunning ocean views. This outdoor area is perfect for relaxing year-round, enjoying the jungle sounds, ocean breeze, and beautiful scenery.
Bedrooms
- Owner's Bedroom: air conditioning, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, air conditioning, access to patio/balcony
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds, air conditioning
A shared bathroom on the second floor serves guests staying in Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3.
A Pack-n-Play or baby travel bed is available for rent at an additional $50 USD plus VAT. This must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

really nice accommodation, situated above the highway with a great balcony, pool and ocean view from the top level. Well equipped kitchen, which is worth mentioning.

Belle maison spacieuse bien située pour profiter de la région. Les chambres étaient joliment décorées et les lits très confortables. La literie était aussi de qualité ce qui est apprécié lorsqu'on débourse un montant important pour la location de la maison. La climatisation présente uniquement dans les chambres fonctionnaient très bien. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les deux terrasses pour contempler les couchers de soleil et écouter les sons de la nature à tous moments de la journée. La belle petite piscine était rafraîchissante ce qui a été super. Les seuls petits désagréments ont été la petite quantité de certains des ustensiles de cuisine (chaudrons, verres), leur qualité ( poêlons en mauvais état, couteaux pas effilés, linge de vaisselle usés et tachés, etc). Au prix demandé, cela pourrait facilement être ajusté.

Ac in master quit working, property management came out right away and fixed it. Same when the dishwasher wouldn’t start. Supplies, such as dishwasher soap and paper towels were not stocked. Some maintenance is needed. Holes in screens and squeaking doors.

Our stay has been wonderful. Osa team are real experts…the house was fully equipped to get us started, they create a group chat when you check-in for any questions and they promptly answered all of our inquiries. I would definitely rent from them again and refer my family & friends. We saw howler monkeys, tucans and many other birds from the deck, what an experience! Thanks very much for making our stay wonderful!
