Villa in Coco

We had a few hiccups prior to our trip that Rich Coast couldn’t help. Our original house flooded due to heavy rains the day before our arrival. They quickly moved us into another house of similar caliber and refunded some of our stay for the fact that we had to get a rental car as a golf cart was no longer an option. We were sad our original house was no longer accessible but this house was beautiful and we quickly forgot we even were supposed to be somewhere else. Any issues and they responded quickly and resolved everything. This house is wonderful and has plenty of room for everyone. We sooo enjoyed our Costa Rican vacation and can’t wait to return!

The house is amazing. The best feature is the view which allows for awesome views over the pacific and the bay. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The 3 levels of decks give different perspectives and make you want to be home to see them.

The house is great. The view from the pic is better than the pics. Great location. Rented motorcycles but also walked to the beach from the house. Small town but I loved it. Would def recommend. Great house. Great location. Great price.

This place is awesome. House is amazing with beautiful view. Nice and close to all activities and beaches around Coco. Host was great to work out early checkin and late check out and was responsive and helpful when needed with transportation and local recommendations. All 9 people in our group loved this place and would stay again.

We spent the first week of our trip to Costa Rica at this house in Playa Del Coco. It was absolutely stunning. The view is amazing!!! The pictures do not do it justice and the view of the sunset from the side yard and even the pool looking towards Ocotal Beach was amazing! The outdoor patio we grilled on was such a fun space. Another highlight was that there were so many monkeys behind the house swinging from the trees! You could watch them everyday, they were hilarious. Also, there were little cute lizards running around. The house was immaculate, in pristine condition. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Playa Del Coco.

The home was perfect for our family of four plus my mom. Everyone had their own room which was awesome for private time. The pool and access to the community amenities made it easy when we didn’t feel like going anywhere and enjoying a rest day. The sunsets were breathtaking. The entire team was friendly and helpful from last minute excursion arrangements to helping us navigate the community. We really appreciated being close to the local community. We hope to return soon!

Villa Moderna was a beautiful home with all rooms overlooking Coco Bay, and a team of hosts ready and willing to answer your questions through the Whats App chat they creat during your stay. They also helped coordinate Chef Aron to prepare dinner for us one night of our stay.
