The Space

This newly built villa is situated in a secure neighborhood on the south shore, offering a private atmosphere while being only a 12 to 15-minute walk from the captivating West Bay Beach.
West Bay Beach is ideal for snorkeling and features a variety of restaurants and nightlife options. Whether your goal is to relax, scuba dive on the Mesoamerican Reef, or snorkel day or night, this location promises a memorable experience with no bad days.
The villa showcases an elevated rustic design with numerous windows—including four in each bedroom—providing exceptional views of the sea and surrounding tropical foliage. Natural light floods the space beneath 22-foot wood ceilings, creating an inviting and elegant ambiance.
The main living area features Honduran pine floors, while the bathrooms include tiled walk-in showers with granite vanity tops. The showers extend up to the wood-vaulted ceilings, enhancing the spa-like atmosphere.
The kitchen boasts a large granite island that seats seven, designed with an open concept to keep the cook engaged with guests. It is fully equipped and offers over 18 linear feet of granite counter space, allowing multiple people to prepare meals comfortably.
A 320-square-foot deck faces the Caribbean Sea and offers views of the mountains in mainland Honduras. It includes a custom dining table seating eight—perfect for enjoying warm temperatures and watching cruise ships depart.
All beds are memory foam and elevated to provide convenient under-bed storage for suitcases. The villa accommodates eight guests comfortably with two king suites and a loft that sleeps four (one king and two twin beds).
Entertainment includes three TVs: a 65-inch smart TV in the main living area and 43-inch mounted TVs in each bedroom. Air conditioning is available in all living spaces, including the loft.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive use of the upper villa in this two-unit home. The pool is shared with the lower villa, but the upper deck is private for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the views.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Lynn’s and David’s place. The house had everything we needed. Lynn house overall was beautiful with peaceful views. Lynn would respond to our questions the whole time we were there. The neighborhood is private and peaceful we loved it. My kids also loved the pool. You can walk to the restaurants but if you have kids like me I would recommend you to rent a car.

We really enjoyed our time in Roatan. The house was beautiful, very spacious, and well appointed. We had everything we needed. It is situated in a nice neighborhood that is very quiet. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises each morning from the porch. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the beach depending on the route taken. There is a steep hill between the property and West Bay beach but Taxis were readily available if we didn’t feel like walking. Great place, we would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at “No Bad Day’s”! The design of the house is eye catching with its beautiful 20’ high wood ceilings and exposed rafters. This Villa is very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The king beds were very comfortable. The covered porch as well as the large windows in the living areas provided awesome views of the ocean. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships as they passed by along with the beautiful sun rises. Our host Lynn was super responsive and not only answered all of our questions about the island; but also provided lots of suggestions for sites to see, activities and restaurants on and off of the beach. I definitely recommend “No Bad Days” for you next island vacation, Mike

My family, parents and I had a blast at the "No bad days" house. Everything was as described by pictures. The location couldn't be better. The house is located at the most private, beautiful neighborhood in the whole Island. Whenever we wanted to go to he beach or market store, we drove for about 5 minutes from the Light house estate neighborhood to West Bay. The pool guy was there by 8:30 am taking care of the pool everyday. TBH we felt like home in that house, We'll be back for sure!

The house was gorgeous. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen has all the supplies you need. Bathroom very spacious with towels and extra toilet paper bedrooms where large. My only cons was the white curtains. They were beautiful but the light in the morning came right in at 5:40 am. So if you are looking to sleep bring an eye cover pad Other than that our stay was great

Our family had a wonderful time at No Bad Days. The name really describes our stay. The house was beautiful. Waking to the view of the ocean was amazing. The house cooled down quickly when the air was turned on and throughout the night. We would definitely recommend staying here.
