The Space
This brand-new, fully equipped luxury villa is situated on the side of Caletas Mountain. It offers a private retreat immersed in nature while remaining close to a variety of local activities. Guests can enjoy stunning sunsets and frequently observe wildlife such as monkeys and macaws around the property.
The modern home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 to 10 guests. The design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces, creating a versatile environment to relax and entertain.
Upon entering, you will be captivated by the natural surroundings and ocean views, enhanced by spectacular sunsets. The villa is thoughtfully designed by the architect to allow a natural breeze to flow throughout the home. Additionally, air conditioning units are installed in all bedrooms and the living room to ensure comfort.
An indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system is installed for your entertainment needs. The villa includes everything required for a luxurious stay.

Casa Lujo Caletas is located just a 10-minute drive from the lively town of Jacó. The public beach lies at the base of the mountain, offering easy access to the ocean.
Herradura Plaza, where you can find groceries and essentials, is an 8-minute drive away. Jacó Beach, known for shopping, dining, surfing, and nightlife, is also about 10 minutes from the villa.

Staying at this luxury home in Costa Rica was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a private slice of paradise. Home was spacious with plenty of room for all 8 of us. Comfy beds. Plenty of towels. Ice maker in the wet bar was so nice to have. Sonos whole has speaker system was nice as well. Pool deck was fantastic to relax on while watching Macaws and Toucans flying around. Quite spectacular! The building next door is still under construction.

Fantastic spot with amazing hosts !! Everything was smooth and easy.. there’s a building being built right next to the place but it doesn’t interfere im any way besides obviously a bit of noise and the view… which is totally normal !! Great Airbnb 💯
