I really liked to stay at sunset loom. We had a lot of different people to wrangle. It was nice everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. Right in the middle of shopping great food across from the beach which we had beach access and the host was extremely responsive no problems with transportation or finding the place,anything. That was great!

We had an amazing trip with 12 girls celebrating a bachelorette! The place was more like a villa with 6 separate hotel-style rooms. The common area was on the roof with a small pool, dining tables, and small kitchenette. We felt safe in this location, as there was a gate at the front with security at the gate. There is a cute restaurant right outside and a coffee shop with the best açaí bowl I've ever had! This location was perfect for our trip - just don't leave any food out, we saw lots of hungry animals and critters! The host was responsive and it was easy to find. The water randomly shut off in the middle of night but they were quickly able to turn it back on (common in Mexico). Definitely recommend for a large group!!

Great location for large groups - you have the entire building to yourselves. The terrace was enjoyable for our private dinner & brunch with chefs recommended by Faride. The rooftop pool was a nice place for our group to relax and unwind after a long day of tours and adventures. Nicolas was a great host checking us in and ensuring we were looked after during our stay. Sunset Tulum was a one-stop shop helping us plan our trip: airport pickups, drop off, private drivers for excursions, taxis at the front if needed, recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs, retail, groceries, etc. Great value especially an inclusive concierge service for large families or groups of friends looking to consolidate everyone in one location at a prime spot in Tulum.

Sunset Tulum is a great airbnb right by the beach in Tulum! They were so accommodating and helpful in making reservations, recommending places to go, and organizing transfers. We were there for a bachelorette party and there could not have been a better place to stay! Always felt safe with the security guard too. The restaurant right out front helped us get taxis for all of our local reservations since sometimes the walk wasn’t feasible. They also arranged for a private chef to come to the house one night with an open bar and it was amazing! Kitchen has the essentials and the bathrooms were very clean. The common space and kitchen are located on the roof, so dont forget to bring all non-perishable foods into your rooms so the animals can’t get to it!

This place was a wonderful space for bachelorette party of 16 girls! Dante and Faride were SUPER helpful with planning everything ahead of time, as well as checking in and making sure our itinerary was going as planned. They were very responsive the entire trip. Super thankful for them. Every room had an ensuite which was wonderful with 16 girls trying to get ready! Just beware - the kitchen is more of a kitchenette - no microwave and very small stovetop. We just had the chef prepare food ahead of bringing over. The walk was a little far from things (around a mile). We didn't mind walking TO places - just took a taxi home (which was super easy to get). Overall I would recommend this place for a large group.

It was perfect for us. Nestled in the jungle and secluded from the busy street, yet, walking distance to just about anything you need.

I celebrated a 40th birthday with 27 friends and had a fantastic time. Ivo and Dante (managers) were really helpful. The place had the most beautiful view, great to hang out it to the rooftop pool, have drinks and see the sunset. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Very nice and helpful hosts! The location really felt likely the best of both worlds (walkable yet exotic).
