The home is even better in person! My family was very comfortable at Angel's home. It easily accommodated our family of 5. It was nice being tucked away in nature surrounded by the Cloud Rainforest. At night, it was so peaceful to hear all the animals. It was only a short drive to get into town and we found plenty to do in the area. Angel was extremely helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay! Surrounded by cloud forest, could hear lots of birds and were visited by a few hummingbirds, it was so quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely stay again!

We really loved this spacious and well maintained house, and the completeness of the amenities. The beds were really good as well as the kitchen. The house is also well located in a quiet private place, which we really liked. Also a big thank you to Angel who proved to be a great and always helpful host, providing us valuable advice on tours and restaurants. So far, the best AirBnB house we went to in Costa Rica!!

Ce logement est très confortable, de l'espace, une cuisine très bien équipée, la literie est parfaite dans toutes les chambres, propreté irréprochable. Pas besoin de clim à Monteverde. Salles de bains avec eau chaude. Beau jardin Très calme pour dormir. Facile à trouver avec Google maps ou Waze. Une maison que nous avons appréciée et l'hôte est très réactif et accueillant. Vraiment très bien. Une valeur sûre

First of all, thank you to Angel for making his place available to travelers like this. Our amazing trip would not have been possible without people like you! This was a five star stay for our group of 6 (my husband and I, my sister, and our three friends). We personally were very happy but I am going to point out a few things for future travelers that affect your own stay. We had zero cell service at this house and the wifi was questionable at best. No biggie for us but others might care. Town was five minutes away and offered free wifi and good cell service. There were creepy crawlies from time to time. Spiders. Two scorpions. Cool to us, maybe not others. During our particular stay, the nights didn't get as cool as normal, no a/c left the house and rooms a bit hot to sleep in but we survived. Remember when using WAZE to find this place, you put in the airbnb house name to find it easily (Casa Morchella). We loved our stay. The birds. The coati. Paradise 💚

Angel’s place is a beautiful, cozy, serene home in the hills. We loved sitting outside and observing all sorts of wildlife. Angel was incredibly friendly and courteous. We had an excellent stay here.

Angel was a great host. The house was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was just right for at home meals. Rice cooker was key for us and a steamer for veggies. The grocery in Monte Verde was close and had most of what we needed for hiking lunches, dinners and breakfast. The fresh fruit and coffee upon our arrival was perfect. We loved our return to the cloud forest with our family. Thank you for making it special. I would advise that if you need reliable high speed internet you might want an alternate option. And the cell service is spotty. For us we loved the family time and playing games. Thank you for an amazing stay - we would return for sure.
