The Space
Boheme recently underwent an extensive remodel and will reopen in mid-November. The property features six boutique apartments spread across two buildings, situated in the heart of Playa Guiones.
This fully air-conditioned unit offers approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, including:
- A spacious, open living room
- Two comfortable bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms
- An open loft with bunk beds (twin on top and queen on the bottom) and an en-suite bathroom

Boheme is located in the vibrant center of Playa Guiones, a renowned surf and yoga destination in Costa Rica. The property sits on a private cul-de-sac surrounded by lush gardens and features a beautiful pool, creating a serene, private oasis atmosphere.
The beach is just a five-minute walk away, while the town center is about ten minutes on foot. Notably, all beachfront areas in Playa Guiones are protected rainforest, enhancing the natural beauty and appeal of the surroundings.

Mi experiencia fue excelente. El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y desde el primer momento me sentí bastante cómodo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente, siempre muy atento y disponible. La piscina está en excelentes condiciones y fue uno de los aspectos que más disfruté. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo estaba impecable: los cuartos, los baños, las camas y la cocina. Se nota el cuidado y la atención que ponen en mantener el lugar en muy buenas condiciones. Sin duda, es un alojamiento que vale mucho la pena y al que regresaría con gusto. Lo recomiendo totalmente para quienes buscan tranquilidad, comodidad y un lugar bien cuidado.

Book this place!!!! The most beautiful and serene airbnb I have ever stayed in. Pristinely cleaned and gorgeous decor, linens, and interior. Nice and cool with the A/C. We absolutely loved hanging out by the peaceful and beautiful pool. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and had great waves for surfing and great sand for running. Easy to find and not far off the main (paved road). Hotel Boheme is also about a 5-10 minute walk from plenty of shops and restaurants. Host replied to all our texts/questions very promptly. I hope to come back to Nosara many times in the future and stay here again and again.

Jordan apartment is ideal - close to the beach, private and secure, great facilities and all the rooms have a bathroom. Loved it.

Super responsive, great proactive recommendations, awesome concierge, and awesome location!! Note, some reviews mentioned it being far or up a hill, but it's definitely not-- Nosara is big, and this is at the bottom where the 2 streets meet. 5 min max walk from the nicest part of the beach and right by a few really great restaurants!! Easy flat walk, no hill at all!

We had a wonderful experience at La Boheme . The place is beautiful, the staff are responsive and super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was quiet, peaceful and a short walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to visit again!

Boheme is beautiful - the accommodations, the integration into the lush surroundings and the pool - we loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Easy walk to the beach with surfboards, even with kids. Thank you for having us!

The location was incredible and the highlight of our stay. This was my third trip to Nosara, and being able to walk to both the beach and the Guiones area with restaurants and shops was fantastic. The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained, and we appreciated the overnight security guard since we were traveling as a family. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for its outstanding location and amenities.

Great place! Host was very responsive, we had a few normal Costa Rica issues but the host was very quick to address things. Great location very walkable!
