Lovely, well equipped house with a stunning and peaceful beach at the end of the garden. Susan was available if needed and the local community felt welcoming. There is a small shop about a mile away which is well stocked with most food items and a couple of small bars and restaurants are nearby. We didn't have a car and used the bikes in the house to cycle- much nicer on the beach than the dusty road. Loved the scarlet macaws coming into the garden and waking up to the sound of howler monkeys!

We absolutely LOVED Casa Ola! It's an incredibly comfortable and very well designed home. One of our favorites we've ever stayed in. One of the reasons we chose Casa Ola was for the kitchen and it was great! It is spacious and well-appointed with everything you need to cook for yourself or a group. If you're cooking, make sure to take advantage of Emilio with his fruit and veg truck--excellent produce at reasonable prices! As mentioned in other reviews, the water is slightly rougher than up the playa toward the village but we had no issue swimming, boogie boarding and light surfing right outside the house. We did it several times a day, every day! We will definitely be back to Zancudo and 100% will stay at Casa Ola every time. Every space--from the outdoor patio to the upstairs sitting area to the screened in hammock area and the lovely covered gazebo to watch the sunsets--is magical. Susan was a perfect host, very responsive, accommodating and kind with a wealth of knowledge.
