Tropical Paraiso Beach House

My family and I stayed in late May and early June which I think was just outside of the tourist season. This was our first time in Costa Rica. This house is definitely off the beaten path. There were times we would not see anyone on the beach in either direction. We loved the wild life in the area. We had names for the Iguana's that were in the yard (Tubbs, Lawrence, Rose, and Rebecca) and loved watching them eat the berries in the bushes. We learned a few things along the way which would have helped us. For example, the house has zip lock bags but it didn't dawn on us to put the cereal we purchased in them. We were able to get to several of the activities in Quepos and the Manuel Antonio area quickly and easily. I really enjoyed sitting in the living room with the windows open, listening to the waves and reading my book. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful home and even more beautiful location. We stayed with our five children, ages 10 to 16. The beach is steps away and we fell asleep and woke to the sound of the ocean. We played in the waves with the boogie boards provided and also relaxed in the pool which was warm and very clean. My husband rented surf boards for the week and the surf was perfect for our rookie surfers. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Parrita is nearby and had all we needed - not touristy at all which we loved. Olga, the housekeeper, was so warm and kind. She was available for anything we needed, even did our laundry and delivered fresh coconut ready to drink! She let us know the couple times the capuchin monkeys visited which the kids loved. Lastly, our flights changed which meant we didn’t arrive until 3am. Olga waited outside to make sure we got in and also had a well stocked bit of breakfast items waiting for us which was so thoughtful! We would stay here again!!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachfront home in Costa Rica! The location is absolutely unbeatable — with the beach in the front and serene backwaters in the back, it felt like a private paradise. The house itself is spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and playing pool in the game area. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed to cook our meals, and the host even provided bicycles, which we used for fun rides along the beach. A big shoutout to Olga, who was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — she even brought us fresh coconuts, which was such a treat! While the property is a bit off the main road, that’s exactly what made it so special — peaceful, secluded, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We truly didn’t want to leave and will definitely book again when we get the chance!

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand und wundervollen Pools. Auch der Zugang zu den Mangroven und damit der Tierwelt war einmalig. Olga war eine super Unterstützung und ihr Hund Mila ein wirklicher Schatz. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren nachts wirklich angenehm. Ein Haus so nahe am Meer hat natürlich andere Abnützungserscheinungen, war für uns aber klar und daher keine Beeinträchtigung. Uns wurde bei der Ankunft sogar ein riesiger Obstkorb bereitgestellt und Olga half uns wo sie nur konnte. Wir haben den Grill und die wundervolle Terrasse ebenfalls sehr genossen. Zudem gab es eine bereitgestellt Box, Bodyboards, Schwimmnudeln usw.

La casa nos encantó, muy bien equipada. las sábanas impecables, buenas toallas y toallas para la pileta. Nos recibio Olga con frutas, bidón de agua ,hielos y carbón ( fue el único lugar en donde contemplaron esos detalles). Mariana nos brindó información de las actividades en la zona que le solicitamos. La ubicacion de la casa sobre la playa es impresionante. Es ideal para descansar y tener privacidad. Disfrutamos muchos esos dias en familia.

Perfect home. It is right on the beach so expect some nature around the home. We had no problems with the house. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was nice having the boogie boards to play with in the ocean, which is right out the front door. Very quiet and peaceful. Monkeys visited the backyard almost every day. Olga was on property to help with anything and keep an eye on things. We would stay here again.

Nous avions des attentes élevées et elles ont été dépassées! Super emplacement avec photos très fidèles de l'endroit. Olga est toujours sur place en cas de besoin (parle seulement espagnol toutefois) et l'endroit est magnifique. La plage est tout près, splendide et déserte. Toute les commodités étaient disponibles sur place. Nous avons eu un superbe séjour que nous nous souviendrons longtemps.

Mario y Mariana fueron excelentes anfitriones! Siempre estuvieron disponibles a ayudar y a brindar recomendaciones de actividades para hacer. En cuanto al lugar, las vistas son espectaculares, se puede ver tanto el amanecer como el atardecer desde distintos puntos de la casa, y la gran cantidad de ventanales realmente es bastante refrescante y relajante… El hecho de tener el mar al frente es una gran ventaja, además del acceso al manglar también es muy bonito considerando la posibilidad de tours (que nos ayudaron a conseguir) Totalmente recomendado, si tuviéramos que volver a Parrita probablemente iríamos ahí
