Important Information

Holidays

Please verify your travel dates carefully before booking. Only select from the following holiday periods when making a reservation. If your dates differ, contact a reservation agent to discuss accommodations.

Holiday Dates for 2025 & 2026:

• Thanksgiving: November 23 to November 30 (2025 and 2026)
• Easter Week 2026: March 29 to April 4

Christmas and New Year:

• Reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, require a minimum stay of 7 to 10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before booking online during this timeframe.

Music Festivals:

• Contact us prior to booking during music festival dates as restrictions may apply.

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy and are non-refundable.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

• Full access is available for $5 per day, per person. Children under 10 enter free.
• The beach club closes for approximately two weeks in October (dates vary).

Construction Notice

There is ongoing construction next door. However, noise-resistant doors, windows, and dense landscaping help maintain privacy and minimize disturbances. Rates have been adjusted accordingly.

Additional Guest Fee
