The villa is situated on a small hill, providing privacy with no immediate neighbors. Despite its secluded feel, it is conveniently located near Uvita’s commercial area and beaches. The stunning views can be enjoyed from the infinity pool, the rancho (covered shade platform), and various terraces.

The nearest beach is just a three-minute drive away, where visitors can enjoy whale watching and other activities.

There are no cameras inside the house, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

House Rules and Services

• The base rate covers up to 8 guests; additional guests are charged $30 per night.
• Bath towels are provided for use at the villa only and should not be taken to the beach.
• Soap is supplied for bathing, dishwashing, and laundry; however, shampoo is not provided to allow guests to use their preferred products.
• The villa is not childproofed; full parental supervision is advised, especially around the pool, terraces, and balconies.
