La casa es increíble. La conexión con la naturaleza es total. Pudimos ver monos fuera y unos atardeceres únicos, con una paz de estar lejos de cualquier vecino. La casa es muy linda, tiene algunos detalles por corregir como la posibilidad de que la habitación principal realmente quede aislada de insectos (tiene una ventana sin vidrio al baño, el cual es al aire libre) Fiona es una excelente co host, resolvió de inmediato cualquier duda que teníamos y nos sugirió excelentes tours. Volvería sin dudas

Villa of my dreams! Truly enjoyed my stay here. The view was unreal, the pictures don’t do it justice. The hospitality was above and beyond! Any questions we had were answered within minutes. There was so much cool wildlife surrounding us, we even got to see monkeys in the trees right next to the villa. Would definitely come back and stay here again:)

The place has the best views in the area . Fiona was awesome, always making sure everything was good and very responsive. Every time we had a question or concern, she was on top of it. She recommended different places and activities in town that were very helpful. The place in general needs some renovations, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Extremely beautiful property, when I first walked in my breath felt like it was taken away. The views in the photos don’t do it enough justice, because in real life it is absolutely stunning. The home feels very private, and like something out of a story book. We spent our honeymoon there and will forever cherish our memories at Villa Pompadour. The road up is very rugged! An ATV is a must. You could certainly make it up with a 4x4 vehicle, but we found the ATV to be very convenient. The wild life here is definitely something to consider- very cool to be surrounded by monkeys and birds but there are also a lot of bugs, just be mindful of this and don’t leave food out. We kept dry foods in the fridge as well just to keep the space clean. This place truly is a patch of paradise. Fiona is very helpful, and the owner Sebastian was a very kind man who we met briefly outside of the property. This place is 10/10!

Beautiful. Comfortable. Cozy. This is a stay we will never forget!! Aside from the stunning views of the ocean and complete privacy, the villa is charming as can be - a chic bohemian beach paradise. If you’re looking to sip coffee and make breakfast in the morning, while listening to the sounds of nature (a symphony of birds, insects, and the occasional howler monkey roar) from your poolside hammock, this is the place for you!!! It will feel like you’re in a dream! Also, Fiona, our concierge, is a shining gem of a human - so kind and gracious and helpful!!! 11/10 would recommend this place. The only, and I mean ONLY, downside is that the villa is located a ways up the hill and the road is steep and treacherous in some places. We would definitely recommend a mode of transportation to get to the villa. We walked down into town most days and while we had to be careful, it was doable. The walk back up was quite challenging tho - a great workout for those more abled-bodied travelers.

The views are our fantastic and Sebastian Orly decorated the villa. The poor is fantastic even though the water was a little low in the living room and porch area proved to be where we spend most of our time during our .Decking around the pool can use replacing, but the bedroom air conditioning was a savior. The drive up to the villa cannot be understated on how challenging it is.
