The Space
This beachfront home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a third bathroom located outdoors by the pool. The house captures the charm of a traditional Costa Rican beach residence with wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, Saltillo tile floors adorned with vibrant tropical murals, and exposed brick accents throughout.
The living area features a sunken design with direct views of the ocean. The formal dining room includes a large table overlooking the pool, garden, beach, and ocean. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for your stay. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, while the other two are upstairs. The master suite boasts a lovely balcony ideal for enjoying sunsets, relaxing, or receiving massages.
Outdoor Features
The outdoor space is a tropical retreat with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by lush tropical flowers and palm trees. A covered palapa provides a shaded spot to unwind and watch breathtaking sunsets. There is also an outdoor grill for cooking. The property offers direct access to the beach and ocean.
The yard includes mango, banana, papaya, and coconut trees. Vibrant concrete walls and iron gates with combination locks ensure privacy from the road and neighbors. From the backyard, you can watch boats sail into the nearby harbor.
Location
The Flamingo Marina is within walking distance, just a short stroll along the beach. The property is conveniently located 45 minutes from Liberia Airport. Nearby attractions include the Flamingo Marina, massage services, the Sailing Club, and numerous restaurants in Potrero and Flamingo. Tamarindo is 30 minutes away, and the famous Conchal Beach is just 15 minutes from the house.
Amenities and Security

- Pool cleaned three times weekly (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday around 11 a.m.)
- Outdoor full bathroom by the pool with a private toilet, washroom, and semi-private shower

- Comprehensive security system including indoor and outdoor cameras and iron grills with combination locks throughout the property
Guest Access and Additional Information
The property manager will contact you before arrival and greet you at the house to provide a brief tour. For late arrivals, a gate code will be provided for self-check-in. If your stay is one week or longer, a midweek cleaning service will be arranged.

House and pool are beautiful, private and walkable to some restaurants. We walked along the beach then walked out to the street to get to the restaurants. People walk on the street so drive carefully. Black sand beach was awesome with wonderful sunsets. About 5-10min drive over to playa flamingo is white sand beach if you want to see the constrast. Great critters on the beach kept my kids busy for hours with calm beach waters as we relaxed on the covered palapas. We did a catamaran excursion with a waterslide and we went to Tamarindo beach for some surfing. This house is very secure and locked so you will feel very safe.

Our stay in Costa Rica was amazing because of this place! The house is easy to get to, right off the main road, but felt very secure and private. The lush backyard and pool gave it a resort feel without any crowds. The beach was just steps away and a great place for morning walks and watching the sunset. We were thankful for the AC because it was quite warm during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and we cooked all of our breakfasts there and a few dinners. The beds were comfortable, which is very important on vacation! We loved our stay at this house and would book it again if we return to Guanacaste!

We had a great time. You just can’t beat that view and it’s amazing to step outside and swim in the ocean whenever you please. The beach is very peaceful with almost no people. We loved the privacy and tranquil location. The only issue to note is that the upstairs bathroom is only accessed through the suite. So, whoever is sleeping in that second room will have to enter the suite or go downstairs to use the bathroom. It was fine for us, but could be hard depending on your room arrangements. The location is also fantastic to explore the surrounding beaches. Dee, the property manager, also scheduled a catamaran trip for us that was fabulous. She was extremely responsive to our communications and also gave us a lovely gift basket when we arrived. It was a 10/10 experience for our family.

This place is all about location. RIGHT on the beach and a quiet beach. CLOSE to nice beach bars. Very comfortable, excellent aircon; super equipped kitchen. Highly responsive new manager. Lovely garden with resident iguana. Pool to cool off in. Modern bathrooms. Plenty of space. Off street parking.

Amazing villa on a relatively secluded beach. Approx 2,700 sq ft, 2 story, 4 rooms, 6 beds, sleeps 8. Pool (jacuzzi doesn’t heat). 10 min walk to coffee & breakfast place, 15 min walk to mini-market. Multiple restaurants walking distance including ‘The Beach House’ couple min away. The owner and Property mgr Dee very responsive to minor issues. Very happy with our stay.
