A well-laid-out apartment. I really liked the atmosphere on the room's balcony, which has a relaxing view. Very safe and with an excellent location to enjoy the nearby restaurants in the city.

I went with my children, and for kids, it's more than fine. Good location, staff more than helpful and friendly, very comfortable. The place offers security, and the spaces are cozy and clean. We're sure we fell in love with Nicaragua in part because of our experience at this Airbnb.

Incredibly quiet and nice area in central Managua. Close to Galerias Santo Domingo. Hilton Double Tree right across the street for luxurious breakfast. Easy to drive there.

When I booked this, I was very pleased with the communication. The things that I wanted, since I was not going to stay in a hotel, were 5 things. Clean, safe, 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, hot water, and good internet. It was clean and safe. There were 2 bedrooms, but the shower in one of the restrooms did not work properly, so we had one shower. It was reported and said it would be fixed, but it never was. Water was warm, which was fine, but only one shower. So technically we had 1.5 bathrooms. The internet worked downstairs better than upstairs (where we would use it the most) and was inconsistent. We did miss one night of our reservations due to problems at the border, as we drove into the country. Everling communicated with us wonderfully. Do be aware that unlike many AirBnB properties, you do pay for power at the end of your stay. This would not deter me from using this property. I did not run the air conditioning except for about an hour at night. I did run a fan. We used the washer and dryer twice. We were careful with lights. Our power for 4 nights use was only $8. So it is not an issue, but Everling was very clear about this. With a little TLC, this could be a premium property. The price was better than getting two rooms in a good hotel, but we did not get all we expected. Everling communicated great. I'd stay there again, but think the property could be taken up a notch with some things fixed. I would rate it at 3 stars with the current condition, it could easily be 5 stars.

Spacious apartment in a nice area of Managua. Fully equipped with a kitchen and in-unit laundry that’s convenient when staying for long periods of time. Staff members Everling, Carlos and Everio were super welcoming and always available when we had any questions. Patio and outdoor sections are really beautiful. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Altos de Fontana was wonderful! We stayed in Managua for a few days for some appointments and it was perfect to have such a comfortable apartment that was fully furnished and equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax "at home".  We stayed in the two bedroom apartment that was spacious enough to have some privacy along with a very comfortable and attractive living room to relax in as well. The location is also very convenient. It's easy to get to restaurants and other popular destinations. Being a little above some of Managua, there was a nice view and a pleasant breeze all the time. The staff were also amazing with great customer service. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to coming back!

I had a very good time in Altos de Fontana. It is a place that is well equipped, very well cared for by the staff who were always willing to help me. It has an excellent view and is located in one of the best areas of Managua. I felt right at home.
