Casa Chile is a lovely two domicile property located in a small quiet neighborhood about a mile from the most beautiful beach you can imagine. The entire property can sleep 10 total guests. There is a private pool for cooling off and lots of covered outdoor living space. The space Casa Chile consists of two small living spaces: **a small two story cottage with 2 bedrooms- one upper (has separate outside entrance) and one lower. -the upstairs bedroom has a separate entrance and includes a queen bed and twin over twin bunkbeds, sleeping 4 total. There is a full bathroom- sink, toilet, and step in shower (no tub). The entire upstairs bedroom and bathroom have air conditioning available. -the lower level bedroom includes a queen bed, sleeping 2. There is a large shower with tub within the bedroom . There are two steps up into the tub and a large step down so it is not recommended for those with mobility limitations. The bedroom is air conditioned. The small cottage includes a full indoor kitchen and small sitting area. There is a half bathroom just off the kitchen. These indoor living spaces are NOT air conditioned. **The second living space includes a small studio style casita with a queen bed and a pull out couch, sleeping 4 total. The casita includes a sitting area, studio kitchenette (small fridge, two burner cook top, coffee maker, countertop with dishes, utensils, and cookware), and a full bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). The entire casita is air conditioned. Guests may rent the cottage alone (sleeps 6) OR they may rent the entire property including the cottage AND the small studio style apartment/casita (sleeps 10). Guest access Guests will access the property through the private gate. Property manager will meet you upon arrival to provide keys.

We loved staying at Casa Chile. The house was amazing. There was a multitude of sodas, coffee shops, grocery stores, and a wonderful beach all within a few minutes drive. The area was peaceful. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings listening to the wildlife and enjoying the tranquility of the area. And the pool and outdoor shower was refreshing! Also, Samara, with all its amenities, was only 10 or 15 minutes away.

Casa Chile was a wonderful place! The house and grounds were very clean and accommodating and had everything we needed. Joannie was a great host. The location to the beach and Puerto Carrillo was unbeatable. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

This place has a good location, 5 minute drive to the beach. The place was fully equiped and clean but smaller than expected.

We really enjoyed our stay at casa chile. The house had everything we needed for our 10 day trip. We found the bedrooms were comfortable and private with good AC. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals at home. We had no issues with hot water or water pressure. Property manager Joannie was very kind and responsive, she had great recommendations for the area. Happy to see some wildlife in the neighborhood - iguanas, coati, howler monkeys and lots of birds!

La Casa Chile ha sido uno de los alojamientos más limpios y tranquilos en que he estado. La casa es muy acogedora, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la cocina está muy bien equipada, y lo que más me gustó es la tranquilidad del sitio en que está ubicada. Sin duda la seguiré tomando como primera opción para próximos viajes que realice a la zona. Muy satisfecho con esta opción.

This home is very private and comfortable. It had awesome water pressure and plenty of very hot water. The proximity to the beach and great restaurants was very convenient. Carillo Beach is a must see at sunset! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to stay as long as you want. Afternoon shade in the pool was perfect after a long day in the sun.

This was a fun place to stay. Very private, lots of wildlife to see-monkeys & birds. The pool was a nice place to cool off in the afternoon. Well equipped kitchen, easy to make meals if you want.
