Each bedroom includes an adjoining bathroom with a rain shower. The loft bedrooms on the top level offer spectacular sea views and his-and-hers walk-in closets. The master suite features a full jetted bathtub.

• Due to the condo’s central location near restaurants and bars, some noise may be experienced. Refunds are not provided for noise-related issues.
• Beach conditions change daily due to weather and hurricanes, which may affect the sand area and sometimes cause the water to reach the deck.
• El Faro requires a photo ID from each guest staying at the property before arrival as part of their security protocols.

Policies

• Your reservation includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,500. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
• There is a strict no-party and no loud noise policy. Complaints, noise monitoring alerts, or authorities’ notifications regarding disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, or legal action.
