We enjoyed our stay at Emilio’s beautiful home. House is centrally located close to all supermarkets, restaurants, and easy to get to many tourist attractions. We had a large group and it worked perfectly for everyone. House was extremely clean, comfortable beds. Luis the maintenance guy was there for everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property to any guest and would love to stay there again.

The place was great! Big enough for our large group. The three floors allowed for us to spread out when we needed to, but hang out together, as well. Emilio was spot on when responding to anything we needed. His maintenance person, Luis was very friendly and was helpful in taking care of any issues that came up. He even got up at 4:30am, to retrieve our gate opener from us as we were leaving for our extremely early flight. We loved our time at this place and would consider staying here again when we come back to Costa Rica.

The property features very spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen. The indoor/outdoor pool area is excellent; I would certainly recommend staying here.

Very fast response great communication no complaints. House was even more beautiful in person I was literally shocked at how beautiful and spacious it was. I had a group of 14 and we were very comfortable

Very large home in a private community. Host is very responsive and friendly. The on site employee was also very friendly. But, the home needs some work. All of the AC units leak water into the walls and onto the floor. There are visible water stains throughout the home. The main couch in the living room smells musty/mildewy. The floors had visible crumbs and debris throughout and were in need of a good mop. We walked around barefoot for a few mins after showering and our feet got completely black with filth. I think the cleaning crew might be taking some shortcuts. There is a shower in the upstairs bedroom that can’t be used because it causes leaking into the main bedroom on the main floor. Other things I wish others had mentioned in reviews: the water smells horrible, lots of noise at night, random missing outlet covers, baby gates are inoperable, and the toilets emit a really bad gas.

The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect — peaceful, safe, and close to all the best that Costa Rica has to offer. Waking up to the natural beauty around the property each morning was unforgettable. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the patio, unwinding after a long day of exploring, or simply taking in the scenery, the space felt like our own private retreat. What really set this stay apart was Emilio’s hospitality. He was responsive, warm, and incredibly helpful with recommendations.
