The Space

Kathy’s Corner #5 is a two-bedroom condo located in the secure and easily accessible Las Palmas community in El Coco. This 1,152 square foot (107 m²) unit is within walking distance of the beach and close to some of the best restaurants and shops in El Coco, making it an ideal base for a relaxing beach vacation in Guanacaste.

The first floor of this two-story condo offers an open-concept living area that includes a living room, dining space, kitchen, and a half bathroom. The living room is furnished with a couch and a flat-screen TV, providing beautiful views of the pool and garden landscaping. Bright artwork and colorful furnishings decorate the entire space.

The kitchen is equipped with high-end granite countertops and brand-new stainless steel appliances, including an oven with stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, and microwave. It also features a stylish tile backsplash and several dark wood cabinets. Adjacent to the kitchen, a solid marble dining table seats six guests.

A sliding glass door from the kitchen opens to an enclosed covered patio furnished with a patio table, chairs, a couch, and a barbecue grill.

Upstairs, the condo accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a TV, a small closet, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers for storage. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom and are decorated with vibrant tropical furnishings.

The front patio opens to a lush garden, just steps away from the community’s pristine swimming pool and shared parking spaces, which serve the 12 other units in the complex.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Pets are welcome at Kathy’s Corner #5! Each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (maximum 35 lbs.) and accompanied by a recent photo before booking. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay is required, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 plus 13% per pet. Up to two pets are allowed per reservation.

Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas within the property grounds. Specific rules and registration requirements may apply depending on the property or complex. Verification of pets must be completed at least 24 hours before check-in. Guests arriving with unverified pets will be denied access.
