Exceptional service by the concierge who communicated instantly via texting. Actually, I am amazed. Out of the three ACs in the unit, two were not functioning very well. I texted the concierge and she had a mechanic in immediately. He noticed that the gas was low on one of them and immediately topped it up. The second one had just busted a compressor. Instead of putting this off for later, they literally had a brand new AC unit shipped in by the same afternoon and installed. SAME DAY! Wow! That is customer service!

Loved staying here! Large, spacious area for dining, kitchen and rooms. Bathrooms were both pretty big too! Balcony went across all 3 large walkout doors. Beds were comfy along with pull out couch. Pool was open and quite large with beautiful lagoon views. Office was SUPER responsive- Gina was Amazing!! She helped us get a golf cart, get ferry tickets and made several food recommendations that did not disappoint! This location was towards the north end of town where we felt was a perfect location. Not too close to the noise but not too far away from the fun either! I will say the building we stayed in no longer has an ocean view due to a newer building in front. However, we spent our time on the beach, swimming and eating the delicious food, so we didn’t mind. Coffee shop right out front and a small grocery store made perfect mornings and perfect late night snacks.

Place is in a great location and very safe! Loved that Lourdes was always very attentive and sending all the needed information. She was very quick at responding and loved that the unit had a wager and dryer! Overall, would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, location is great for anything you need to do. I forgot my camera there and management got it back to me.
