Guest Access
Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire home during their stay.
Additional Information
Housekeeping service is provided every other day except Sundays and holidays. The housekeeper will clean, tidy, make beds, and change linens and towels as needed. Pool and garden maintenance occur on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Both the housekeeper and maintenance personnel enter the home independently, so guests do not need to be present to grant access.
Please note that the house is situated on a quiet residential street where zoning regulations prohibit loud noise or music, especially between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbors by adhering to these guidelines.

Loved our stay at Roger’s place in Puerto Aventuras. Gardens are stunning. Olga the housekeeper is wonderful. A note. The pool is good in January but would be refreshing in the summer months . We highly recommend this home.

Amazing air bnb - had eveything we needed as 2 couples with 2 young children. House was well stocked and the garden/pool set up was perfect. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance, on a very safe complex

Casa de Coco is a lovely, comfortable, and clean house in the Maya Riviera that was a terrific home base for two families. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was large and well-equipped, and we loved the screened-in porch and the cool pool after a long day at the beach or exploring Mayan ruins. Roger and Ileana were extremely responsive and shared lots of terrific local recommendations. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community where you can walk everywhere and there are lots of restaurants to choose from. One thing to note about Puerto Aventuras: you do not have access to all the beaches just because you are staying there. The hotels have exclusive rights to almost all the beaches and many will stop you from walking through their lobby to find the small sliver of sand that is "public." There are two small spots within P..A. that you can access but you will have to drive to a proper beach. There is a stunning one a 10-min drive away so not far but still a drive

The house was spectacular and everyone enjoyed their visit. There was space to park two cars and the host met us outside just as we arrived and walked us through access, housekeeping, laundry, dishes, etc. They have a housekeeper named Olga who was super nice and worked hard for 8 people every day. Olga is also a good cook and we paid her to make us chilaquiles one morning for breakfast for 7 ppl as suggested by our host. Roger provided us with a QR code to get through the visitors gate every morning as Puerto Aventura is a gated community (a very large one). It took us about 1.5 hours total from the time we left the airport until we arrived at the place. Most of the traffic was going through Playa del Carmen. I don't have really anything negative to say. The only cons if I had to look for one is the pool is not heated which is fine cause it's not that cold and the neighbor to the left has a dog with one of those deep barks, so it was hard to take naps or sleep in sometimes

We had a fantastic stay at Roger‘s place. The home is beautiful and the location is outstanding. The hosts were very communicative and did an awesome job. There is a housecleaner who comes in daily, her name is Olga. She is great, and works very hard. Apparently she makes fantastic food as well, though we had other plans and weren’t able to take advantage of that. Hopefully, next time!

We had a wonderful trip staying at Roger and Ileana’s home. The gated community was perfect to roam around and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beach nearby was good too. We took a couple day trips to see the Mayan ruins and cenotes which were incredible. I would definitely recommend their place. It is about an hour south of Cancun and about 20 min from Tulum. Olga cooked a lovely dinner for us one evening too which was nice. I highly recommend the golf cart also. It made getting around super easy. We did bring our little dog with us, and one of the nearby neighbors found his barking a bit disturbing. However, we worked with Roger and Ileana to try to find a good solution for the times when we were gone to help ensure his barking wouldn’t be an issue. Roger even came over to check on him.

The house is beautiful and very clean. Safe location and everything is close by. You will NEVER find better hosts! Roger and Ileana are the nicest people and helped us set up anything we wanted with their recommendations! They are the sweetest people. Book today and you will be so happy! We can’t wait to come back!
