Perfect for four guests. Enjoy the building's amenities: infinity pool, rooftop with restaurants and games, gym, coworking and 24/7 security. Comfort and premium location in one place. Other things to note - The building's gas supply has problems supplying it to the apartments, which means that at the moment we do not have gas and hot water. (We hope it will be resolved as soon as possible, so we have opted to install a temporary electric stove)

O apartamento possui uma vista cinematográfica. Alguns detalhes da manutenção de cortinas e cadeiras da sacada poderiam ser consertados. É um espaço aconchegante e com excelente localização.

First, there was absolutely no hot or warm water. Our showers was cold as ice. The curtains were broke in one room so sunlight beamed in the room and the room was overly hot and almost experienced sunburn. So, they had to move to the uncomfortable couch. The walls are so thin you can hear every single movement outside the unit from music, cars/busses, people talking d shouting. It was very difficult to get some rest. We couldn’t use the pool or hot tub because it was absolutely filthy. The only good is the place was clean, centrally located with a nice view. The directions to get to the unit was so difficult. Just put in the attraction “The Poin” and you’ll find the building. Major key landmark! Lastly, the oven didn’t work at all. Please don’t look forward to cooking. I don’t think they have gas service connected in order to turn on the stove or heat the shower water!!!!

Die Wohnung an sich ist toll. Balkon hat einen traumhaften Blick. Der Pool war schön. Der Complex The Sands ist super. Check in mit einer unnötigen App die überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat. Mussten mit Pass und Erklärungen ins Parkhaus und in die Wohnung. Kamera im Aufzug erkannte uns auch nicht. Küche war insgesamt schlecht ausgestattet. Herd und Backofen funktionierten nicht. Hätten wir den Backofen benutzen können, hätten wir ihn vorher putzen müssen. Keine ausreichenden Handtücher und statt welche zu bringen wurde diskutiert. Kein Warmwasser während unseres Aufenthalts. Balkonstühle komplett kaputt. Später Check Out funktionierte.
