Casa Las Olas is one of ten luxurious beachfront properties located in the gated community of Pedregal. There are three levels of deck space to relax on and enjoy the views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. The top deck provides a wonderful bird's eye view perfect for spotting seasonal humpback whales, grey whales, and flying Mobula rays. All five bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms and ocean views. Two of the bedrooms (one king & one double with a Murphy bed) are located on the beach level. The space The house is a total of three levels with many stairs so it's not suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs. In addition there are many levels with open ledges. Adult supervision is required at all times for the children. Two of the bedrooms are located on the beach level and are separate from the main house (one king and one queen with a Murphy bed). These bedrooms are accessible by a stairway from the pool level. Maid service is included in the cleaning fee Monday to Saturday. (Not Sundays) During rainy season all of the outdoor cushions on the pool terraces are removed for their protection and put back once it has stopped raining. The living area has a desk space with chair and another desk with chair is located in the master suite. Starlink Wifi throughout. Guest access All spaces on the property are accessible except for 2 Owners Closets, Linen Closet and the garage. Other things to note Transportation, Chef Services, on site massage, spa treatments and grocery requests can be arranged in advance with additional charge. Complimentary Concierge service for booking fishing charters, yacht charters and activities.

## The Space

The residence spans three levels connected by numerous stairs, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility challenges. Several areas have open ledges, so adult supervision is necessary for children at all times.

All five bedrooms include private full bathrooms and offer ocean views. Two bedrooms (one king and one double with a Murphy bed) are located on the beach level, separate from the main house. These beach-level rooms are accessible via a stairway from the pool level.

The living area contains a desk with a chair, and an additional desk and chair are available in the master suite. Starlink Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
