Overview

Jumanji consists of two fully independent, designer-crafted private houses. When you rent one house, you have exclusive access to your own kitchen, bathroom, lounge, and workspace. The patio, pool, outdoor kitchen, and sauna are shared spaces used by guests from both houses.

This tranquil, green retreat is situated near a pristine beach, an excellent surf spot, and abundant wildlife.

The Space

This Jumanji Private House is designed for guests seeking a warm, authentic, and unique home experience. It offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere, featuring handcrafted furnishings, custom details, and designer touches.

The house is completely private with its own entrance. The tropical environment surrounding the property is lush and peaceful, often inhabited by iguanas, monkeys, parrots, and filled with the natural sounds of the jungle.

Shared with the neighboring Jumanji house are:

All other areas are exclusively yours.

Location

The beach is only a few minutes away by car. It is expansive, pristine, and typically uncrowded, as it is part of a national reserve known for excellent surfing conditions. Wildlife sightings may include newly hatched baby turtles and migrating whales. You might find yourself alone on the beach, fully immersed in the spirit of Pura Vida.

Nearby amenities include quality restaurants and a supermarket within a short drive. The location also serves as an ideal base for exploring national parks, waterfalls, and tropical adventures.

• Quiet hours are observed after 9 PM to respect all guests’ privacy. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
• The house is located in a secure residential community with night security.
• Please turn off air conditioners when leaving the house for extended periods to help conserve energy and protect the environment.
