The Space
This property, spanning 7,000 square meters, is designed as a sanctuary immersed in nature. Each room includes its own workspace and private bathroom. Please note that the concrete floors become very slippery when wet.

Beautiful home! We loved our time here. It’s a lovely oasis during the dry season. We came with two couples and our daughter. The layout was amazing with 4 king suites, and ac units in each suite. Not necessarily the most ideal for young children as there are lots of small concrete steps/architectural features. You do need a car or transportation to the beach, or restaurants. We felt safe, and relaxed, and would stay here again for sure.

Cette villa est tout à fait incroyable. Un havre de paix à quelques minutes de la plage. Les lits sont tellement confortables qu'on serait porté à rester couché toute la journée, mais les lieux sont tout simplement trop beaux pour s'y attarder. Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisson, mais somme toute, tout est parfaitement fonctionnel. La piscine est entretenue tous les jours et les hôtes sont très généreux dans leurs conseils et réponses. On doit y retourner!

One of my favourite Airbnb experiences! We loved this place for travelling with a group. It had private rooms as well as areas more than big enough that everyone could sit together. The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were kind and responsive. We also liked that we were a bit out of the more touristy areas and felt like we got a more authentic experience. We’re already planning a trip back!

This home is tranquility! Feels new and modern while also blending in beautifully with nature. Super close to beautiful Playa Negra and great restaurants. We love this neighborhood. But most days were spent laying by the pool in comfy bean bags reading books, napping on the cozy outdoor furniture and just enjoying our beautiful surroundings. Bed's were super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We made meals at home easily. Beach is a 5 minute drive and we caught the sunset there each night. Hosts were super friendly and attentive although we needed nothing during our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our stay here. The pool was great, the rooms were comfy, and the AC in the rooms was nice and cold. The location was perfect—close to a beautiful beach and only about a 40-minute drive to Tamarindo. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. Our family of four had an amazing time and would 100% stay here again.

The ReTree villa was a perfect stop for my friends and I during our trip to Costa Rica. The shared spaces are perfect and the bedrooms were all comfortable. Great location near Playa Negra, would definitely come back and stay again.

10/10 — Everything was wonderful. The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful the home is. It’s in a great location: peaceful, yet still close enough to the city. Coraline was very attentive and communicative, providing excellent suggestions and support throughout the trip.
