The apartment is very beautiful and exactly as described and shown in the photos, and in general Villa Marina Condo is the best option to stay in Venao with the option to still have some nice peaceful time while being able to walk to where the action is at the beach. Would definitely come back.

The place to stay and the area were super nice.

Always love staying at the Villa Marina apartments. This one is specially nice and private. Howler monkeys can be heard in the distance. Everything worked very well and the kitchen was well equipped.

Caroline’s place in Venao is wonderful! Perfect location to be close enough to all the life in Venao, but not in the hustle. The apartment is beautiful and well taken care of. I would highly recommend, and am looking forward to going back.

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay. What a great area, location and condo. We thought this place was ideal . We loved walking the beach and easily walked into the restaurant area most nights. When we ate at home we found all that we needed at the local market and the kitchen and BBQ made it all work well. Our host was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and guidance for excursions. We especially enjoyed our day trip to Isla Iguana and a waterfall hike close by. Villa Marina is a lovely place. When we weren’t swimming in the ocean we were at the pool, steps away from our condo. Our host and the property management team were responsive and kept in contact through our stay. If you are interested in checking out the Playa Venao area, this place would be a great choice.

It is an apartment in excellent condition, clean and with a spectacular view.

Venao is always place to visit! We went to celebrate my birthday, the location has beautiful ocean views and is a very clean accommodation and relaxing place. Pets are allowed which is highly valued, I only recommend other guests to confirm extra pet charges beforehand & also confirm the availability of utensils for example barbecue, as we were prepared to make a roast but we did not have access to a bbq.

Venao is always place to visit! Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños, la locación tiene hermosa vista al mar y es un alojamiento muy limpio y el lugar relajante. Se permite llevar mascotas lo que es muy valorado, solo recomiendo a otros huespedes confirmar antes los cargos extra por mascotas & también confirmar la disponibilidad de utensilios por ejemplo barbacoa, ya que fuimos preparados para hacer un asado pero no tuvimos acceso a un bbq.

Hi Carolina! We are very sorry about the BBQ, we had a recent inconvenience with it and this is why it was not available, we really apologize for not letting you know in advance about this. Regarding the pet, within the detail and description of the property and also in the rules section of the stay, it is detailed that the pets pay an additional fee for the stay, which is sent as extra payment after the reservation is confirmed. We made sure to place this detail in various places in the listing so that guests are aware of this before booking. Great place to spend a few days with the family

AMAZING place to stay. Everything it is just perfect. Wonderful beach front place to relax and have a priceless time by the beach.

Great location! The apartment has the best ocean view in Playa Venao. It has great potential. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. We had seen on the platform that there was a barbecue for BBQ, but the truth is more than a good asado, we would have a good disease…so goodbye to the plan of the BBQ. It has a beautiful terrace but the furniture was stained, broken and smelled very bad. Same with the living room sofa and carpet. I brought two pets and they asked me for 120$ for them. I imagine that for covering cleaning expenses but paradoxically I came across everything I described! The scrubber was leaking and I even had to clean myself. The place lacks privacy because its curtains are transparent so at night you have to take care of being the show in the area. If they solve all this can be a wonderful place! For me the price vs cleanliness ratio, I didn't value it!

Excelente ubicación! El apartamento tiene la mejor vista al mar en Playa Venao. Tiene un gran potencial. Sin embargo el aseo del lugar deja mucho que desear. Habíamos visto en la plataforma que había parrilla para BBQ, pero la verdad más que un buen asado, tendríamos una buena enfermedad…así que adiós al plan de la BBQ. Cuenta con una hermosa terraza pero los muebles estaban manchados, rotos y olían muy muy mal. Igual con el sofá de la sala y la alfombra. Yo llevé dos mascotas y me pidieron 120$ por ellas. Imagino que por cubrir gastos de limpieza pero paradójicamente me encontré con todo lo que describí! El fregador tenía fugas y hasta me tocó limpiar a mi. El lugar carece de privacidad porque sus cortinas son transparente así que de noche hay que cuidarse de ser el show del área. Si resuelven todo esto puede ser un lugar maravilloso! Para mí la relación precio vs limpieza, no lo valió!

This property is truly a wonder, the location is very good, some landscapes and a peace that they fall in love. The apt has everything to spend some very quiet and comfortable days.

Amazing place and very nice apartment with everything we needed to feel comfortable. It has a great view of the beach and a very nice pool for the entire compound. Only watch out is there are no blackouts so you wake up very early because of the sun. Will come back!!

Absolutely beautiful place with huge, pleasant, and very usable outdoor area.  Through the living room window, the view of the beach is fantastic.  To the side from the veranda, the jungle gives beauty and privacy.  I cannot say enough about how awesome this place is.  The condo and the location.  It's an easy beach walk away from the center of town, but nestled all the way in a corner of the beach so you can get some isolation when you're done with town.  It's well decorated with good looking and comfortable furniture, and has all pleasing finishes.  The host was very responsive and pleasant.  I absolutely love this place.

Incredible place, in the best part of Playa Venao. Away from the commercial part of the beach, the people and the hustle and bustle. Very relaxed atmosphere with an incredible beachy jungle vibe. We'll be back!

Great place to stay. The bathroom misses soap or other handy stuff for a more comfortable stay but besides that it was alright.

the place is spectacular, my family and I had a great time. I like the mix of green nature by the beach opposite. La Ensenada is beautiful and the area is very green. We will surely repeat our visit to this place.

el lugar es espectacular, mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien. Me gusta la mezcla de la naturaleza verde junto a la playa enfrente. La Ensenada es hermosa y el área muy verdosa. De seguro repetiremos nuestra visita a este lugar.

Communication, location and accommodations were great. The only reason I gave a 4 overall was because the laundry was broken and having traveled several days prior to our arrival, we depended on having that available. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated having plenty of beach towels for the pool. Also note that the blinds are all somewhat sheer,  so there are some privacy concerns.

Amazing place a bit far away from the rest of the hotels and restaurants but still close enough if you feel like going there so you can enjoy both. The apartment has everything you need and was super clean, we will definitely come back.

We traveled with our 9 months old and a family with a 3 years old and had wonderful time at Augustine’s place. Amazing view over the ocean, a minute walk from the beach and the swimming pool, quite, clean, perfectly furnished and well equipped. We appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended! We would love to stay there again.

Beachfront Oasis is a great place to stay when visiting Playa Venao!  A few steps from the beach and really close to all the fun and activities in this vibrant beach town.  We’ll definitely stay at Yvonne’s place again!

every detail of the stay is well thought out. Communication with the host is perfect. home was exceptionally clean, the vibe of the whole town is so great and the surroundings are just beautiful. Neighborly environment!

The property is very nice, they have taken the consideration of contemplating several details to make available to their guests, such as coffee, olive oil, salt, etc. I love that they have a shelf with toys and sand accessories for children. Highly recommended 👌🏻

WOW is really the only way to describe this place. I'm certain this is the best spot on the beach - nestled between the jungle where we heard the howler monkeys, the island which provided a lovely swimming beach, close enough to town to walk down the beach in five minutes and far enough away from town that we weren't kept awake by the music. WOW I absolutely LOVED my time here. I couldn't recommend it enough.
