The Space

Villa Vela offers two comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The house accommodates up to five guests with two queen-size beds and one bunk bed, making it ideal for families.

The master bedroom features a beautiful outdoor shower, allowing you to unwind while enjoying the natural sounds of birds and howler monkeys.

The patio includes a lovely garden and a spacious pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. For those who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals. You can also host a barbecue with fresh fish caught from nearby Garza.

An outdoor dining area, softly lit by twinkling lights, creates a cozy atmosphere for evening meals. Inside, the comfortable living room is a great spot to watch TV, read, or simply relax.

Location

The house is situated as close to the beach as possible while remaining near restaurants without the noise and congestion typical of tourist hotspots. This balance offers easy access to local dining and the beach in a peaceful setting.

Guest Access

Check-in details will be provided by the property manager 48 hours before arrival.

Security

Nosara is a wonderful community, but like many tourist areas, petty theft can occur, usually targeting cash and personal belongings. To help ensure your safety, the host would like to understand your group dynamics to assign the most suitable house and reduce any risks.

If desired, a dinner guard can be arranged through the property manager at an additional cost. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables and enabling all security features when leaving the property.

Internet and Electricity

Being located in the jungle means utility services can be unpredictable. Power, phone, and internet outages may happen without notice. Guests are advised not to leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms.

Internet service is not guaranteed at all times. There is good mobile phone coverage with Kolbi, and data plans are affordable. If constant internet access is essential, bringing an unlocked phone and purchasing a Kolbi SIM card is recommended.

Neither the homeowner nor the property manager controls these services and cannot offer refunds or discounts for interruptions. Any property issues should be reported to the property manager.

Water

During the dry season from December through April, water pressure may be low due to scheduled or temporary outages. Guests will be notified of any planned water service interruptions when possible.

Jungle Creatures

While the home is thoroughly cleaned before arrival and regularly fumigated, the jungle environment means insects such as ants, beetles, and spiders may be present year-round, especially during the rainy season from May to November.

Guests are encouraged to keep food wrapped or refrigerated, clean kitchen surfaces, and keep screen doors closed, particularly at night, to minimize insect encounters. The homeowners and property manager are not responsible for pest removal during your stay.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for natural disasters, water or internet outages, security incidents, loss of personal property, or noise from nearby construction. The area is rapidly developing, and construction noise may occur.

Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, accidents, or circumstances that may prevent travel or fulfillment of rental terms.
