VILLAS SANTA PILAR Beautiful Beachfront New Villas

Villas Santa Pilar is a beautiful property that provided the privacy and intimacy that my family required. The Persia l chefs we hired through Carolina were excellent. We are all looking forward to our next stay.

We loved the Villas Santa Pilar. It was just my husband and I. we had the whole property, super private and romantic location for couples or groups. We plan to bring our family back very soon. We normally go to Playa area in Cancun, but decided to do Cozumel because of seaweed issues in Cancun area . It was perfect no seaweed. . We could walk out of the privacy fence and snorkel right off of the back. Lots of beautiful tropical fish. It was conveniently located next-door to the Westin and Bucannos Beach club which were fun outings for meals and cocktails. Carolina was the perfect host!. She connected us with a chef one night and an amazing private catamaran for snorkeling and sunset tour. We travel to Mexico frequently and I can’t recommend this place high enough!!!

A Perfect Stay for a Family Reunion at Santa Pilar Villas – Cozumel Our stay at Santa Pilar Villas was nothing short of exceptional. With a group of 13 family members, we were looking for a spacious, comfortable, and scenic place to relax and reconnect—and this property delivered in every way. The location is absolutely ideal. Situated right on the ocean, the villa boasts direct access to a beautiful reef that became our daily snorkeling adventure. It felt like having a private marine sanctuary just steps from our door. The accommodations easily housed all 13 of us with room to spare, making it a perfect choice for a large family gathering. The layout offered both communal spaces and private areas for downtime, which is a rare and welcome combination. A special thanks goes to Carmen, our host during the stay. She was incredibly responsive and helpful—assisting with everything from an early check-in to arranging activities and offering recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. T

Carolina was there to meet us upon arrival and was quick to respond to our text questions. The place is in an ideal location, especially if you like to snorkel. There are a couple very good restaurants within walking distance, do not skip the key lime pie factory for a take home pie (excellent). Town is a short taxi ride away. Carolina lined up a chef for us for a few of the days we were there, they did a wonderful job. As always, when you are having a good time in a great place, time goes by too quickly. I will return!

Carolina was excellent. The house and Villas were well maintained. The chef was fantastic. Beautiful area and very private. We will be returning.

Celebrated my 40th here with my family. Out of 13 people not 1 bad thing to say, everyone loved it. This property is amazing but I think the Host makes the stay truly special. She set us up with a private chef, Private Catamaran, and massages. We are foodies and eat well, but I can say without a doubt that Mishel is a top notch chef...everything was delicious not to mention they cleaned everything up after meals which allowed us to enjoy our vacation even more. The catamaran and massage services were 5 star as well. Carolina knows the best of the best on the island. My favorite part was to walk down the beach and snorkel with the current back to the house. That stretch is some of the best in Cozumel. The location could not be better, it is gated and private but you can also walk and in 2 minutes be at a resort and rent jetskis and such. Our flights were delayed and Carolina was so accommodating. It felt more like staying at a friend's house, that's how kind and welcoming she is.

What a beautiful place to spend a week with our family. Enough space that we all had privacy when we wanted it. Our family lived the easy access to great snorkeling right in front. The rooftop terrace was wonderful for cocktails at sunset.

We had a wonderful time! We were a family of my adult children, grandchildren (2,4) and nieces and nephews. The pool was perfect. Clean, with a shallow end that was great for the toddlers. Snorkeling was very good right off the beach. Easy access to taxis right next door at the Westin We took a sailing, snorkeling trip and we really enjoyed going to Pueblo Del Maiz. Definitely eat at Buccanos and Los Nopales La Quinta. We also enjoyed the Ecological park and good food at Alberto’s on the South end of the island. The beds were comfortable. We had maid service and towel change out midweek . Carolina was an excellent host and very responsive to any of our needs. She helped us get transportation and was very helpful with recommendations. We had the chef cook for us 1 night and it was amazing! I just wish we had not waited until our last night so we could eat all the leftovers! Thank you Carolina, for everything!

Villa Santa Pilar was an amazing place! You can snorkel with only taking a few steps from the villa and the views are priceless!

Carolina was an excellent host. She was extremely responsive and very helpful. She was proactive with the infant traveling with us by providing a crib in one of the villas and a stroller and high chair just in case we needed it. She also had extra tables and chairs outside in case we wanted to eat together next to the pool. She helped with Chef services as well as provided info on excursions and restaurants. The villas were in excellent shape and were beautiful. The location was perfect and private. When we decide to return to Cozumel, we will contact Carolina again.
