The Space

Casa Palm Breeze in beautiful Ojochal offers a private three-bedroom home with stunning Pacific Ocean views from every room except the bathrooms. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower, air conditioning, and either a patio (on the first floor) or a balcony (for the two upstairs suites). Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

The spacious Owner's Suite is located upstairs and features vaulted ceilings, a large closet area, an en-suite bathroom, and a private patio. Bedroom 1 is situated on the main floor and opens directly to the swimming pool area and patio through a sliding glass door. It also includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 is upstairs above Bedroom 1 and boasts vaulted ceilings, an en-suite bathroom, a private patio, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

The open floor plan on the first floor creates ample space for everyone and allows easy movement between the kitchen, living room, swimming pool, patio, and dining area. High-speed internet is available for work, school, or streaming your favorite shows and movies (personal login credentials required).

The private swimming pool is generously sized, larger than many of the smaller plunge pools common in the area. Guests can enjoy peaceful sunsets (depending on the year), abundant wildlife, and complete privacy.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and the private swimming pool.

Check-in must be completed by 8:30 pm. In special cases, with prior confirmation, check-in can be extended until 10:00 pm for an additional fee of $75.
