Casa Coqui, Tropical Oasis super close to beach

Really appreciated the host meeting us and even picking up requested groceries despite our flight being 3 hours late at night. The house is tastefully decorated, well equipped, and cosy. The pool and the natural surroundings were ideal on hot afternoons. We could walk to the beach and restaurants even though the path is not paved all the way. It is a peaceful place to unwind.

We are now home in the US from a glorious month in paradise at Casa Coqui! We already miss it. The house is large and welcoming and easy to use. And the backyard and pool are a special oasis. We spent most of our time outdoors at the pool or four different beaches that were short golf cart rides away. We had no car and did not need one. The wifi was great in and out of the house, which allowed us to work from the pool area, which was a joy. Tim and Fabian were always available and responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. We look forward to returning to Casa Coqui.

Very nice clean accommodations. Plenty of room for two couples. Good for a daily also. Private beautifully landscaped pool area. Gorgeous sunsets on Potrero Beach and lovely swimming and beach day at nearby Playa Flamingo. Enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place very much. Would rent again but for a longer stay.

Tim and Fabian’s Tropical Oasis did not disappoint! There was more than enough space & every amenity we could need. The kitchen is fully stocked & made it easy to prepare breakfasts and lunches. While we went out for dinners, the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook full meals; the outdoor BBQ was a great bonus. The beds were very comfortable. Every room has AC, so everyone could set their own comfort level. The backyard was absolutely stunning—we spent so much time relaxing by the pool & enjoying the space. The location was fantastic: under a 10-minute drive to several beautiful beaches, & Playa Potrero is just a short walk away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. We could have stayed much longer & been completely comfortable—the photos truly don’t do this place justice. Tim and Fabian were amazing hosts. Fabian shared great local recommendations; communication was excellent. We couldn’t recommend this place more—it was a highlight of our trip!

We loved this Airbnb. It was our third Airbnb stay of our Costa Rica trip and we absolutely loved our time at Potrero Beach. It was a smaller town than I expected and it was great. We loved that and it was so easy to drive to the surrounding beaches, we loved that there was the restaurant bar down the street that my kids had so much fun playing at and the pictures don’t do the house justice at all my husband and I loved the layout of the house and the pool outdoor area was just perfect

We had a lovely stay here in this cozy home that had everything we needed!! Fully stocked with beach towels, beach chairs,cooler etc.... very private with extra security to feel safe during our stay. I would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Potrero..Tim was a fantastic host from start to finish

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The property is very secure, and the gate is automated which was nice. The outdoor space was very private, beautifully lush, and the pool was great. The home was well stocked, beds and pillows were comfortable, and it is walkable to several restaurants, stores, and the beach (although there are no sidewalks, so we preferred to drive around because we have kids). The hosts were responsive and communicated well. We met Tim and Fabian at the property to check in and to get keys, which was a little tricky since we were traveling that day. We had to coordinate the precise arrival time. Same for check-out. The beach gear was great! They provided a cooler, enough nice beach chairs for the 3 adults in our group, and even a boogie board for the kids. The A/C worked really well! Check-out procedures were easy. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Tim is a superior host; very attentive, professional. Has eye for detail and consideration of guest needs and wants. Booking from Tim and his team means you can enjoy your stay worry-free. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of kitchen, bedroom, bath linens. Abundance of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel. Full size washer and dryer; detergent and dryer sheets provided. Also drying rack. Portable chairs, beach mats, beach bags, cooler bag and hard-shelled cooler. High quality beach towels. An open concept villa with lots of natural light from many large windows and sky lights. My favorite was that the property is not walled so you can appreciate local vegetation, wildlife, reptiles, birds. No structures on either side, behind or directly across street. Tranquil, private, secure. Large pool. Covered, lit patio with many electrical outlets and fans. Gas BBQ used every day. Central location makes for short walk to beach and either end of main street. Loved Casa Coqui, would book again.
