The Space

Green Villas is located just a 10-minute walk from town and 15 minutes from Tamarindo or Langosta Beach. This second-floor apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to three guests. The unit includes air conditioning, one bathroom, hot water, WiFi, cable TV, and towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, utensils, pots and pans, as well as dinnerware and drinks. A furnished terrace with a fan and a private garden provide a relaxing outdoor space.

Security is ensured with a night guard on duty, offering a safe and peaceful environment.

Location

The apartment is situated in a quiet and private area within a complex of eight apartments. It is conveniently close to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, souvenir shops, and other amenities, while remaining distant from noisy areas.

Guest Access and Policies

1. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. Parties and events are not permitted during your stay.
2. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy of three people. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed in the pool area to ensure comfort for all residents.
3. Upon arrival, guests will find complimentary essentials including toilet paper, soap dishes, pepper, salt, sugar, coffee, shower gel, and paper towels.
