The Space
This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is surrounded by nature while being just a few minutes' walk from the town's amenities. It features bright and airy interiors with high wooden ceilings, ceiling fans, and air conditioning throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to a living and dining area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table spacious enough to enjoy local dishes from the nearby market. The condo includes a large balcony overlooking the expansive pool, offering partial ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and sights of howler monkeys.
Condo #18 is situated on the third floor and has a private balcony with outdoor seating. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and also provides access to the balcony.
Location
The beach is within walking distance and can be reached through two gates on the property. From there, you can explore surfing, tours, and other activities. One of the gates offers easier access to both the town and the beach, although this is not shown on Google Maps.

This place was amazing. Awesome pool. Monkeys in the trees. Close to town. The host was really helpful. Our stay in Tamarindo was everything we hoped for and more.

Stephanie was very responsive to needs that came up. The location was perfect (not too close and not too far from all the restaurants and perfect chaos of the town). Very family friendly and safe place. We never had an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! And not in a loud and busy area but close enough that you can walk everywhere. Close grocery store and shops as well as good cafes and beach! Stephanie was helpful and responsive :) Would stay agin

Amazing place. Loads of room, kitchen was very well equipped. TV had Netflix and large wardrobes. Great for travelling around Tamarindo, close enough in town for easy walk but very quiet and secluded so no noise from bars etc. Saw monkeys climb over building nears the pool, which was cool. Place was very clean, comfortable beds and nice pool area. The place was amazing and perfect for our needs. Just beware the apartment is on the second floor with outside stairs and no lift, carrying luggage is an issue but other than that it is an amazing place and well worth staying there.
