The property is situated in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance to a convenience store. It is just a 5-minute drive to Walmart, 2 minutes to Costco, and 10 minutes to Cabo San Lucas’s famous Arch beach, Medano.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the pool, interior garden, and private terrace. Parking is available with plenty of space.

Additional Information

A welcome package is provided, including paper towels, soap, and shampoo in each bathroom; however, these items are not replenished during your stay.

The stove operates on gas. If the gas runs out, please contact the host to arrange a refill at no cost to you. Utilities such as water, power, and Wi-Fi are covered for stays of 30 nights or less. For longer stays, guests are responsible for utilities, but the host will handle all coordination.

Wi-Fi connectivity is reliable and available in every corner of the house.
