The stay at the placita was good. It was located on a great neighborhood and about 15 minutes to west end beach and restaurants. It is a walk though, hills and all. Place was peaceful and quiet. View was great. You can hear the ocean waves at all time.

Se nota que la Casa fue decorada con un cariño y amor increíble pero necesito un Mantenimiento grande la cocina casi no tiene utensilios se fue la luz durante cinco horas estuvimos sin energía eléctrica deben invertir en un sistema que la casa cuando se vaya la energía que es muy usual en la isla. la piscina estaba sucia le falta Mantenimiento no pudimos disfrutar de ella debido a la falta de higiene en la piscina

We love the house so much, in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood, it is so clean, beautiful and spacious, plenty of towels, the only thing is the dryer doesn't work, I texted the host, she sent someone to check it, then no more response after that. We had to hang all the towels and clothes everywhere like a laundry room.

This house is gorgeous!! But I think they need a new cleaning person because the towels looked Scarryyy, please do yourself a favor and bring your own towels, and bring wash clothes they didn’t have any. The WiFi was terrible, and the house was bare, no spices in sight. Not even the basic salt and pepper. The fresh water was readily available but the hot part didn’t work. The neighborhood is safe and gorgeous. If you don’t mind walking, please go for a walk. If you have a driver things will be so much easier. Like food shopping and taking a trip to west end for the clubs. Overall a gorgeous house, but attention to details is a big necessity. Pool is amazing but sitting area is full of bird poop. It’s like everything’s gorgeous but certain details just took the beauty away.

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Roatan! The home is clean, spacious, private, has a pool looking over the sea! We rented a car and it was 2min drive to infinity bay on west bay. The beach is gorgeous. Edder who was recommended by the owner picked us up from the airport.. he is amazing any issue the owners managed with ease. I recommend to anyone!!!! What a fabulous vacation spot, we will recommend and be back!

The house was beautiful upon first glance but when looking closer there were some concerns about maintenance. The layout of the rooms was spacious and open with drawers and a lot of closet space. The beds were comfortable and the views were beautiful (the sunset from the window in the master bathroom was really nice). The bathrooms were also modern. The shower in the main bedroom had great water pressure and the water stayed warm. Some furniture outside was worn along with rusting on the sides of the pool. Inside also needed a deep clean and updates with holes in the wall in the living room. We did have an incident with some bugs and a rodent but the host was extremely responsive and accommodating in this situation. Christine was super helpful with everything we needed and worked quickly to fix any concerns. Edder (transportation/tour guide set up by the host) was personable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond for our stay. The location was good w/transportation.
