The villas are situated just 20 steps from the sea in a peaceful and beautiful area, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The four villas share a swimming pool and parking area. Each villa offers privacy and includes a terrace. All villas come fully equipped for your comfort.

Guest Access

The villas are positioned on the northern side of Santa Teresa in a very private and secluded location, right next to Roca Mar restaurant. Here, you can enjoy exquisite meals—brunch, lunch, or dinner—with sand beneath your feet. Café Social is also just a few meters away.

Private parking is available for two cars, with additional outside parking in a secure neighborhood. Only 20 meters from the entrance, you will reach the beach, which features an excellent surf spot to enjoy the impressive waves Costa Rica is known for. A short walk further leads to natural pools that are especially popular with babies and children.

This place is so beautiful. It's so nice to be able to walk down the the beach with your board, or over to Rocanar for a snack. It's pretty quiet with just four villas together, and very little traffic on the beach road. You can hear the waves from the patio. Parking can be a challenge.

Es un lugar con excelente ubicación, salir caminando a la playa es super sencillo. Buen lugar para ir en familia con niñxs, les va a encantar la piscina que tiene buen tamaño. Muy bien equipada y muy cómoda para ir en grupo. El último día de mi estancia llovió muchísimo y se metió muchísimo barro y agua al espacio de parqueo donde estaba el carro, espero puedan solucionar para las próximas lluvias.

Las Villas son bonitas. Aptas para pasar temporadas largas o cortas. El concierge y el equipo de mantenimiento son muy amables y están dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que una necesite. Fue una buena experiencia.

Nothing that an advertising can fix by the main road to miss the entrance to the Villas street.

El lugar es muy bonito, privado y con todas las amenidades. A pocos pasos de la playa. Las habitaciones cómodas y el baño aún más! Muy familiar!

Amazing place! Villa was a great fit for our family of 4, spacious bathroom, the kitchen had all we needed, nice outdoor living room with hammocks and a lovely shared pool. Location North of town was just that little more quiet we needed, while still being able to join the fun at Rocamar, 8am-8pm, for breakkie, lunch, dinner or drinks. Everyone is out to enjoy the surfers at sunset, and the pink, orange, yellow, turning into gold. Early morning sunrise swim is highly recommended too!

Our concierge, Tomas was very attentive and provided excellent information and answers to our questions. There were 2 unavoidable issues that occurred but the response was excellent and completely to our satisfaction The cleaning and maintenance staff were top notch too. My only minor comments would be to provide better beach chairs, boogie boards and bicycles. Although all were complementary, the chairs and boogie board were broken, and one of the bikes had a broken chain. Super time though!!!
