The location is ideal and close to most of the common locations one goes to in Managua. There are several restaurants blocks away if one doesn't have a car and if one does there is secure parking for two cars. a security guard is just outside the gate. the house is comfortable and we'll appointed.

Excelente experiencia. El alojamiento coincidía con la descripción, estaba limpio, ordenado y bien equipado. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y amable desde la reserva hasta la salida. Me sentí cómodo y seguro durante toda la estancia. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a otros viajeros. Se nota el esfuerzo y la dedicación que ponen en ofrecer una buena experiencia a sus huéspedes. Gracias por la hospitalidad. Es una pieza de arquitectura bella.😊

Living near the beach we often need a place to stay during a "Managua Run". This place was a great option! Hot water showers, AC in both bedrooms and a large fenced yard for bringing pups. The bed was nice and soft. Good pillows. Very comfortable home. Thank you!

This house has a beautiful back yard and a/c was great in the bedrooms. The house matched the photos and was in a private, quiet lot. House was clean.

Abraham was very responsive to all our requests, gave us clear instructions and also provided recommendations of things to do, the house is beautiful and open with lots of space! Was incredibly comfortable and close to pretty much everything in Managua, if you’re looking for a place to stay and feel like home i would recommend.
